I'm not too sure how to tell.

Any help is great.

And if they are fake, do you still wear them?

They look okay to me, but I really stink at this

As for if they are fake, just write fake in the inside pockets with sharpie and give them to harity, or keep them for muddy around the house work

TR only makes jeans with length 33 for men, so the "seat" on the back waist label should always say 33. Anything else is fake..

You could do what Keri suggested above. I wouldn't wear them if I knew they were fake. Even if other people can't tell the difference, I would still know.

So I "apparently" filed it on paypal and sent the seller an email about this. Paypal I need some sort of authenticity letter about the jeans being fake though. Where on earth could I get one of those? The only evidence I have is that shortly after I paid and the auction was over Ebay removed the auction.
