This thread is dedicated those who can't spot a fake. Feel free to add more as I will do so myself when they randomly appear out of the haze of fakes...but of course if I spot a really good deal, Ill just keep that to myself.

Yeah, I was kind of skeptical also cause I went thru this guys feedback and it didn't look so hot. I mean it looks like he bought these Joeys from a guy who got them from a fake dealer. Who got them from a fake dealer. Pretty much these jeans have been passed around a few times on ebay it seems.

Dude, don't be embarrassed!! It is super super hard to tell real TR from fake TR. Especially with only pics to go buy.

I dare to say that fake TRs are harder to tell than fake Diesels from pics alone.

I agree with this. Most fake diesels are really obvious. The TRs are all so similar to begin with that the fakers have done a better job...
