According to Perez this was photographed within the last week, but yea it does look a bit big around the waist(maybe she hasnt got her confidence back yet )

being rich helps! personal trainers who can stay with you 24/7 and slap you when you go for a donut, nutritionists to cook you amazing insanely healthy meals.....

Even without being rich you can do it with self discipline and super low calorie like Eat To Live. But I can see no sense in it- she's the best example of the yoyo effect, and that is not only unhealthy but frustrating too IMO.
By the way- I would never wear jeans that fit like those TRs without a belt!
