I bought a used pair of Zathan 722s off him that he claimed were real. Got them and they were tremendously fake. I emailed him requesting a refund and he actually said, "all sales final". I called, and his wife started literally screaming at me. After many many heated email exchanges, I filed a PayPal chargeback. His (psycho) wife still claims that I have "mental problems" and am just harassing them for the sake of harassing. She also thinks that HonestForum is a fake website because it is "not authorized by Diesel" and that her Zathans are real. What a terrible experience -- stay clear of these people!

I want to get refunded but he said that his supplies were 100% authentic.. He wants me to go to a flagship store in order to check their authenticity but hey.. I live in Montreal, Canada and there's no freaking store here..
What can I do ?

My suggestion: Go to la maison simons or another place in centre ville which does sell diesel and allows returns. Buy a 772 and take pix of the two side by side, showing especially differences in hang tags and inner tags.

funny thing about okpowertrader that was listed above. He contacted me as a supplier (saw I was selling farmer)to see if I had any other authentic jeans because he only sells authentics. I asked him what his ebay seller id was, he gave me it, and when I checked him out, he had tons of negatives saying everything was fake!!
why would he give me his id with all of those negatives when he kept claiming he only wanted authentic to me on the phone? dumb.

Can you furnish pix to back up your claim? He's got models which are far too new to have been faked, and his images look good. I'd like to see some proof; For a seller whose goods look so legit I dont think its fair to let this pass, and from a brand new user with two posts only...
