you don't need to go shoulder length .... middle of your back looks ok ... just cut like 2 inches off .... i think it would make you and your hair happier (ok maybe just your hair)

Cute pic, it looks great there! Coincidently (and the purpose for my reply) my dad was there (dominican repub) on business a few years ago and he caught some weird mutated dog disease that made all the skin on his arms and hands peel. So if you go back--WATCH OUT!
