for my friends birthday, I want to get her a pair of skinny jeans. She's size 25. I ordered the Roxy sevens from RevolveClothing, but they dont ship Sevens to Canada, so they cancelled the order, on the following day, when I got a friend in the states to have them shipped to her first, the pair was already sold. I know it's available on other sites, but I want to use revolve because I don't have much to spend so I wanted to use the 30% off new user coupon.

from what I've found that's available in 25 on revolve are the following:

Blue Cult
http://www.revolveclothing.com/produ.../BLU-WJ104.jsp

Frankie B
http://www.revolveclothing.com/produ.../FRAN-WJ69.jsp

Union
http://www.revolveclothing.com/produ.../UNIO-WJ15.jsp

I don't know too much about any of the 3 brands, so, in all of your denim educated opinions, do you feel has the best fit/quality/etc?

I know my friend really wanted skinny jeans from Paige, but they don't have any 25's left.

also, at the chance that Frankie B is the winner...my friend wears 25 in stretch jeans and 26 in rigid, so what size Frankie B would she be? 0 or 2?

Hi there! I tried those exact Union on at Habit,(local Boutique) , because a girlfriend of mine had them on and they're beautiful! They are a velvety dark wash, nice and long, low in the front, but no buttcrack in back! I had just bought new Antiks and was loathe to spend more money I shouldn't!
Anyway, my friend is a24-25 and I am a 28-29, and they looked good on us both, I'm taller longer legs, she"s just plain teeny! Medium thickness, pretty TTS (little large) There, that's what I know, hope it helps!

any and all information is helpful. so thanks alot!

also, people can feel free to give their opinion on the pairs in general, not just if they've tried them on and know the quality. but which they find the nicest too.

I live halfway between both Habit shops! I usually go to the LAB, but I happened to be in SC. I always buy a lot of tees and sometimes belts because I feel bad trying on all the jeans and not always buying! Sometimes they have really good sales though!I've gotten more Diesel there than at the Diesel store.
OH! Diesel LIV is a straight super slim fit! Also LOWKY, (not Lowky BC, just the Lowky).

anyone else have any opinions or words to add? please, i'm like in a total jam..also, on the sizing, if any of you know it to be different from most brands.

If you don't mind me saying so, I'd stear clear of the Seven Skinny Jeans, they are not a nice cut at all. Kate Moss, who is undoubtedly the queen of SuperSkinnies and was wearing ultra tight jeans about 2 years ago, only wears Superfine and Sass & Bide. Sass & Bide Frayed Misfits in Grey are just gorgeous and are about the nicest Skinny Jean I've ever seen. The budget option for me would be TopShop (just opening in NYC) do amazing skinnies too - Baxter and they are much much more affordable.

Hi.

I just tried Frankie B.'s skinny jeans on yesterday
at PlanetFunk retail store, and these were sooo cute!
I was in love with them, but they flattened my butt,
so I didn't get them... Yet I'm still debating

About sizing, I'm a 23/24 and their size 0 fits me.
Your friend's gonna be a 2, imo. Hope this helps

I just got the Sass & Bide Frayed Misfits off of shopjake.com and used the 25% off coupon posted on the forum (DCJAKE). They just came in and are super hot. I highly recommend them. I ordered a 25 & 26, and although they are very close in fit i'm going with the 26 (the same size that fits me best in TR Joey).

A hot brand for skinny jeans right now is J Brand. I can't tell you about the fit, though, because mine are still the mail on the way:

Oh, and I haven't tried these on, but AG usually has an awesome fit:

Definitely second the J Brand recommendation. Kate Moss and a ton of other celebrities have recently been sporting these. Store can barely keep them in stock.

Yes they are great. I edited out the link in your post. Also, if I were you I would take your address out of the location on your profile. It shows up for the world to see. Just put the city and state and leave the street address out. This is for your protection. You are very pretty and there are plenty of weirdos out there!
