This is quite possibly true. Lots of people can't tell real from fakes. This is why so many known fake sellers on eBay have so much positive feedback.
the thing is carla doesn't buy stuff from ebay, she gets her trues from her mom's friend(not aunt) as GIFTS

But very few people can afford thousands of dollars worth of gifts. I still say you shouldnt bite on this, but if you want to, its your money. However, I would like to say that, regardless of who you trust, if you were smart, you would go yourself and see the jeans with your own two eyes. You told us you can tell fakes from reals...why make that distinction when your hundreds of dollars in the hole?

Apparently she gives enough 'gifts' in all sizes, brands and colors that she can make a business out of it.

i'll ask her all this tomorrow haha. she gets the gifts from her mom's friend, not aunt. her aunt sells them, she doesn't give them out for free, i'm way over discussing this so i'm crossing my fingers hoping its real

Im hoping this will all works out for you man...I hope we're just all over-speculating...

seriously though, I hate to be mean, if you buy the jeans without going and they turn out to be fake that is your own fault and I wont feel sorry for you
post #60 of 73
Whatever you get REAL or FAKE, I think we all want to see pics of these "$100 TRs?" So when you get them don't be afraid to post!
^^ true!

Honestly, I want to give your family the benefit of the doubt, but I don't see how this could happen. I say that if you want to go through with it, you should at least go and see the jeans for yourself, because otherwise there isn't much you can do once you have them. I think it'd be pretty awkward if you got fakes and had to accuse your friends mom(?)/aunt or whoever of selling fakes to you. On the off chance that the jeans could be real, give it a shot, but DEFINITELY go see them for yourself! Good luck to you

ok i don't really care about the hassle of returning them. its just gonna be the aunt her, and her mom's friends. i would feel really out of place if i go.

YOU NEED TO GET YOUR LIES STRAIGHT!!!

I know for a FACT that NO employees get any jeans for free AND when you get the discount it is HEAVILY MONITERED, they dont continue to give you disocounted jeans in VARIOUS SIZES

Get real

Also where do you live? The ONLY place the employees get discounted jeans is the WAREHOUSE. I'm not telling you where the warehouse is, so I want you to tell ME

and is sarah her real name I can look her up you know

I'm with PP - so she gets TR's as gifts with different styles and sizes - enough to be able to sell them and make a business out of it? It's just way too illogical to me and I am very logical. I want to believe that it's legit, but really - it's way too good to be true - no matter who's getting them for free/gifts/cheap/stolen - whatever. I would just keep on looking around on LEGITIMATE sellers (moxyonline, adasa, etc) and use coupons to get WHAT YOU KNOW IS REAL REAL REAL jeans. This is just too much to handle... lol

I guess the guy has to get burned on this deal before he'll realize that the "strangers" know more than his friends
