Despite the fact that my school is in the city (Minneapolis) and is supposedly near the "ghetto" part of town, there are plenty of girls with COH, 7FAM, and a few Rocks...and when I say plenty I mean like 10+, maybe 20

I check out all the girls' jeans at school. Everyone wears these hybrid thingys with squiggles that are supposed to resemble 7FAM, but THEY'RE NOT!!!!!

I have become such a jean snob over the past few months. . .

haha. good to know i'm not the only one checking out other girls' jeans! i've even taught my whole family how to identify sevens and citizens. the other day my mom's fiance even pointed out a girl wearing r&r crowns! i was so proud. hehe.

haha i do that ALL the time
i feel like such a tool doing it but it gives me something to do while im walking to class and such
im getting better at looking at the wash and stuff from the front but its all about the back pockets...and i get so excited when im right. haha i am such a jean whore

Hahaha! I've seen these jeans before! They have them at Marshall's. I was browsing through their pants and saw what I THOUGHT was a pair of 7FAM. I thought I scored but it was a pair of Bongo jeans!

I do it too. The other day my editor was wearing Paige jeans. She was saying how she just 'found' them and she was packing her things up to move to her new house, but that she didn't really like them. I told her I loved those jeans, and I wanted a pair myself, and she was just like, 'how od you even know what brand these jeans are?' She was suprised I could tell becuase the tag was covered up, lol.

same here! i can usually tell from the front, but if i can't, i have to sneak a peak at the back. i'm constantly looking at people's butts to see if they're wearing designer jeans. yesterday, i was standing in line for a concert and a guy walked past me with TR's. i pointed it out to my friend and she said "ya i know. i saw them too." i get all my friends (and some guy friends too!) to look at the backs of girls jeans now to see what they are.

So today at school, I confessed to my other friend that wears designer jeans that I check out girl's butts to see what brand they are, and she told me that she was checking out mine today because of my new Jaggers.

BTW, how does one hem the jaggers?

Nope. I do it too- now my husband does too- yesterday in Target he pointed out a lady who had on these horrible jeans that had UPSIDE DOWN A's on them w/crystals! Oh I wish I had a camera phone! They were BAD.

i do it all the time. i work in shoe shop in a high class area so we get alot of girls coming in wearing sevens.. ive always got a pair on so im sure my butt gets checked out too.

hehe, so glad I read these threads---and I thought I was the only one who did this! It started out with jackets, then shoes, purses, and now jeans. I was strickly a COH fan but after checking out the "backs" of people I became a SFAM fan.
