Is this Lacoste I bought fake? (pics)

I've looked at the sticky Lacoste thread on here, but mine doesn't seem to match either. I do believe it's fake, as Lacoste can be seen written into the Croc logo, and I've read that this is never apparent in a genuine one. I bought it from someone on eBay, but they have pretty good feedback.

It doesn't have Devenlay tags either, and has "La Chemise Lacoste" on the sleeve, as well as another logo. Both logo's look fake to me.

The croc appears to be facing the wrong way on the buttons. The back of the buttons appears to be a little bit coloured as in the genuine ones..but only very litle amounts - could be anything I guess.

Thanks for the help! I've asked for a refund and I can have one, but since the seller claimed they bought it from a Lacoste shop (and they have pretty good feedback on eBay) I thought I'd double check.

Everything about that shirt is fake. No "lacoste" on logo and la chemise lacoste?

I've never seen a Lacoste with those labels. As far as the croc goes, The only real ones I have seen don't have Lacote on it. Who'd you buy from?

JustChar--the womens stretch polos--are the buttons on them supposed to be the same color as the shirt?? Thanks.

Hil,

I have seen both colored buttons that match the shirt and white buttons.
If you look at Nordstrom the buttons match the shirt, but if you look at Neiman Marcus they are white.

I bought it from a seller on eBay, but I think they sold it as a one off and don't seem to sell other Lacoste so I won't bother listing their username. The seller said she bought it in Spain, so I guess its a typical spanish fake. Thanks for the replies, I'll send it back for a refund
