Her crystal CAR's were damaged on the wash. A big stain kept showing up each time she washed them. It was a factory problem and not the stores fault so she called seven and they didnt have the same jeans as hers anymore. So they sent her a new pair and she picked Lily's. She had a hard time getting them to do it though.

In addition to what Charla said above, Tiff said hers came NWT with the damages, and they became worse after she washed them. I had the exact same problem with my pair of jeans in the same wash and style, but I have been incessantly calling SFAM and having no luck with them replacing mine.

I wouldn't mind paying retail or over for them. If anyone cared to pick a pair in 24 up for me and ship them to Norway, I'd pay a finders fee for sure
