I hate my nose and have A-cup boobs...but even when I don't like the way I look in pictures, I can't imagine myself looking any other way.

But as someone said earlier, most of us are pretty young --- I'm 19, I have (so far, but most likely not for long) been blessed with an insane metabolism and have never had stretch marks (because I never grow...haha) or cellulite...so I guess for me it's too early to tell, because I don't really have too much to complain about. I feel lucky for that, actually.

I can definitely see why some people do it. Sometimes you just can't shake something physical no matter how much everyone (even yourself) knows that it's inside that actually counts. I think that's a bit unfortunate, but it's also pretty unavoidable in both men and women. I can understand PS when it's just something that you feel you need to feel better about yourself...not look better for others! I doubt I will ever think my nose is a cute one...but it's my nose! My mom has it, and she seems fine with it

At this point the surgery shows freak me out because I've never even been hospitalized or had anything in a hospital done besides an X-ray...and I'd be afraid if I had this great nose in the future and my children someday ask me why they have funky wide noses but their parents' are both normal! But alas, I'm only 19...never say never.

I do understand what you are saying, but for most women it's really not going to do for them what they want. Not to mention taking a higher dose pill just to try to have your boobs increase in size is not a smart idea.

If you start off a AA and need a full B to be "balanced", the pill isn't going to do it. It may increase you a cup size, MAYBE and that's rare, more realistic would be half a cup size or so. Keep in mind that breast tissue is nothing but fat, and if you have low body fat to begin with, you aren't going to be putting on huge amounts in the way of boobs just by going on the pill. If you don't gain weight on the pill, your boobs aren't going to change in size.

Any increase in size you would see from that is going to be temporary - it will go away when you stop the pill. Staying on the pill for years and years, especially a higher dose one, is really considered just as dangerous to your health as getting the implants. Hormones are not something to mess around with.

Plus, if you want to have children, obviously the pill isn't going to be the option that works.

where did you get the info stating breast implants can cause cancer? according to wikipedia:
It is noteworthy that implants, especially silicone implants, can impede radiography-based mammograms.

but...
It is interesting that the rate of breast cancer in women with implants is less than in matched non-augmented women.
I am sure there are other factors involved, for instance most women who get breast implants are in a higher socio-economic group and less likely to be obese.

I was a pretty early bloomer but my body didn't stop changing until my 20's. A 17 or 18 year old is way too young in my opinion.
Yeah...in high school I was a small B and grew into a C in my early twenties. Implants in HS would've been a BAD idea for me!!

Fabulous!!!! Right on for sharing! Did you go over the muscle? I love the "new and improved" you, but the before really wasn't that small... Maybe I'll post my before... we'll have to wait for the after.

Under the muscle. And I have no rippling at all when I bend over, which is rare. One is a little harder than the other but on the soft one, you can't even feel the implant. DH said if he didn't know already, he wouldn't be able to tell. And I was more "empty" than flat. That pic is with a built in bra but without a bra I would've been flat. I was an A cup before and I got a very modest 325 cc's that took me to a big C cup. Most people go at least 400 cc's but I'm so small that I couldn't see going any bigger. Don't wanna look too "porn star!"

Wow, really, nice work. Only 325? You must be tiny!! I'm looking at 425 maybe 450, but I'm pretty broad. Any idea why one has begun to harden? How long ago did you have them done (sorry, I know you already answered that).

Can I post "flesh"? I have a funny/great pic of just how flat I am, but it leaves NOTHING to the imagination....

I think only 325. I know it was small. Maybe it was 425 though. Anyway, my ribcage only measures 32 inches so that may be why they look bigger. I only weight like 95 pounds. I had them done last July. The other one is harder because of how the scar tissue healed. Very very slight capusular contracture, which is really rare in the under the muscle. It is ever so slight and doesn't effect how they look. And post the skin flick!! I wanna see!

And Beachy, this is my opinion, but I think you looked better before. The after pics you posted might not be an acurate representation but... To me they look, well, unatural. Real breats do not do that distinct half moon... I'm sorry I'm not saying it to be mean, but for myself if I had to choose between the before and after for my own body I would choose before. Don't get me wrong you look wonderful, just that if I saw you walking around I would know you had implants. If that doesn't bother you then more power to you. It's all up to you butI would seriously be suspect of anything inside my body that hardens. My .02, not meant to hurt.

Eh...none taken. Before, though, they looked really bad to me...under the clothes anyway. My mother was against it until she saw my boobs. Then she was 100% behind it! It's just something I did for me. I like small boobs...I have an a cup friend who is just adorable. But mine were soooo deflated. Also, they really are more teardrop shaped. They are reaaally pushed up in the pics. T

Maybe that is what's causing the half moon look. The only thing that matters is that you are happy about your decision. It is nobody's business but yours.

I always thought that I was the only one on here - I'm 5.3' and 119 lbs with a 32DD chest. I've lost 20 lbs when I graduated from High School about four years ago - before I had a 34D chest. I've lost weight everywhere except there and it just sucks. I have a petite frame and big boots and I hate it. I have to buy all bras online because I can't find any good-looking ones in my size over here in Germany.
What do add? Also I have big boobs I can't wear any tees/ tops except of those in XS/ S and they have to be very stretchy around the chest area. Wearing tops that aren't tight around the belly area make me look pregnant. Can't wear any babydolls for that reason althoguh I love them. Juicy Couture worked the best for me so far ...
I have to take care that I don't gain any weight because just gaining a few pounds makes me look big ... I don't know why.
I'm thinking about getting a reduction, also talked to some docs but I decided to wait till after I get children - if I ever get some. I'm scared if I'm getting the reduction now and then breastfeed my children my boobs will get bigger again.
Also, Le Mystere bras work very well for me. I've ordered a bunch of Gossards lately but I don't like the quality of those and they don't fit as perfect as my Mystere bras do.
