also, i bought a womens stretch on ebay from irma253, and IF it is fake, it is a GREAT one. buttons are real, sewing is first-class, all details match char's original 'real' pics.
off topic: i've gotten so many compliments both times i've worn it. matter of fact, it's my lucky shirt for work (cocktail waitressing at night club). both times i had two different customers (4 total) who each left $100 a piece - this does not happen often, btw.
ANYWAY, there are some obvious sloppy fakes out there, but i do believe it's possible to get a real lacoste on ebay. as others have said, if it's that hard to tell the difference, then maybe it doesn't matter.
