I need some help - Page 3

So sorry to hear about your situation - it completely stinks that you have to deal with this crap After reading threads like this, I often find myself hating eBay for all the headaches it can cause, but then I continue to browse & buy! Its a love-hate relationship!! Anyway - keep us posted! Good Luck

you are a waste of time. I am confirming the refund with ebay and paypal. I will have the tracking number as well. I will ship the fake jeans out tommorow and I will get my refund. I do work in a store that sells only authentic items..and I also very well understand the return policy, but when you have been lied to once, you wouldn't feel right about sending the jeans then receiving funds. pls confirm your address with me. and I hope I will never have to experience this again.

i hate her

She's just pissed because she won't be getting free jeans. Hope you referred her here. I'll bet half her jeans are fake since obviously she can't tell the difference.

Her eBay ID is lets_shop101, right? I just added her to my blocked bidder list.

This whole thing is ridiculous -- I added her to my blocked bidder list too. Hope she never buys authentic jeans again, since she can't tell the difference anyway

Me too! I'm glad you mentioned her ID for future search purposes too.

Well, i finally received the jeans back from the buyer and the serial number is right where it should be! So you dont have to read through this whole thread again, she claimed that the jeans I sold her were fake becase there was no serial number on the tag. I'm so annoyed - she was so condescending and rude! I am supposed to refund her now and I dont even want to. Its not about the money either. She got perfect authentic Sevens from me, I shipped the day after she paid - and she has called me a liar, a waste of time, and has just been a nightmare to deal with! Sorry, Im just venting!

I also just added them to my bbl. Second one today.
Someone called me nuts because there were 26 days left on my auction. I replied saying I have a store and store listings are 30 days no need to call me names over something you didnt understand..

Ok, so I get the jeans back today and send her an e-mail saying that they do have the serial number. I went out to my kids concert at school and I come home to these 2 e-mails from psycho lady

"fake , fake , fake..I want my REFUND now..I am reporting this to ebay..no more explanation..the stancil number on the back is not a serial number...don't even try lady.."

and

"if you really want.. I can send this to aritzia's head office..If anything proven that somehow is defective and not the orginals...I can have you sued..I have kept all your emails to me..now you have received my item and still no refund? I will proceed with ebay. You can cheat others but not me..I work in a high end clothning store, and you are here to argue its authencity?? Where do you purchase your seven jeans in stock?"

I basically replied that she didnt know what the hell she was talking about, that I wasnt planning on cheating her out of her refund, but I want positive feedback first, then I'll issue the refund. That should go over like a lead balloon, huh?

What a sociopath.
She is such a nut, poor Lisa! She wouldn't know a fake even if it bit her on the ass.
oh...my....gosh...I....want....to...SCREAM! She calls you IGNORANT when she is making a complete ass of herself by saying completely ignorant things and not even knowing that they are totally ignorant! stupid lady, she doesn't deserve to own authentic jeans.
I can totally relate. I sold brand new authentic steve maddens, and someone said they looked like they'd been worn for years. That was one of the bad things, you know, besides buying fakes in the past and not knowing it. Looking back I can't believe I thought they were real.

Aritzia is a Canadian high end specialty boutique that sells authentic R&R, 7FAM, Juicy Coutre, Paige Premium and many other labels. Aritzia stores are only located in 5 cities in all of Canada. The only department store retailer that sell 7FAM is Holt Renfrew (equivalent to US's Nordstrom & Neiman Marcus) I shop at Aritzia. I go there all the time to try on jeans and then scour ebay for them

Those jeans are real. Aritzia senior staff must know nothing! I'm sorry to hear about your troubles leesamarie
post #71 of 98
Oh ya, and the more I read the emails she sent you, I'm getting pretty mad too. Aritzia is a great store, but now that I know they hire dumbass like her...it makes me sour. As a salesperson working at a small retail store, you're suppose to know your products.
Pshhh, I hope she is reading! Send 'em to Aritzia's head office, lady . . . they'll tell you the truth too. In the meantime, if you're going to act like such a SMART A$$, please brush up on your spelling, punctuation, and grammar before doing so . . . it's atrocious.
have you linked her to this thread? well, hm don't know if I want such a moron as a fellow member..
What a nightmare this has been for you Leesa! I'm sorry you had to go through this. At least you have your authentic jeans back and hopefully you'll be able to sell them to someone who's not an idiot. Personally, I would have settled for the negative a while back because I can't deal with harsh, negative comments like that. Plus, I think the negative fb is pretty much inevitable with sh*t like this.
What a crazy person! Thank god I hardly ever sell anything on ebay. I definately don't have the patience for ignorant and crazy people. I definately think she was trying to scam you. She says she saved all the emails... GOOD that way they can prove you were in the right here. Dumb Ass. At least she didn't try to send back fakes... Hopefully you'll sell those jeans for more than she paid.
