Hi, I got two TR joey last week

I will post some Pics later

Many people dont know how to indentify a fake TR jeans

Actually there is a very easy way



When you touch the real True Religion, You will feel that the jeans are feel extreamlly soft and comfortable. Maybe it is hard to say by words.

However, If you go to store and try, you will never forget how good TR is.

Fake one will never provide that quality.

if you recieved fake jeans, ask seller refund your money~~!!!!

what we are saying is that if there is an ebay auction, you cannot determine the authenticity of it by how it feels. you can only do this by looks.

I mention that the TR's tag is not always distress much

just as you guys can see in the image, the tag distress not much

I but this jeans in Vancouvers very famous store, Plush(in metrotown), I think people in Vancouver should know.

is the store Plush downstairs near Lattitude in the corner? The store that never puts TR on sale and has ones with "#803" sitting there full price at $265?

do you know some good place in Vancouver can buy TR cheapper, I just bought them last saturday, I can return them for a full refund. $265 Canada Dollars or US dollars ?? coz I bought this jeans at $275 canada dollars, about 240 US

oh I assumed you were a girl cause you are looking for female jeans. But anyways you can always buy them from ebay and us online stores for much much much much cheaper.

a pair of TR in the states that is ~$170USD is ~$265CAD here. 170USD is approximately $195CAD. So basically its ~25% more expensive here than in the USA (based on a basic pair like what you bought). So right there you have a savings of ~25% if you buy from the states, not factoring shipping costs. You can usually get a 15-30% coupon code with online stores as well. So $170USD with (for example) 20% off is $136USD or ~$156CAD, so now its ~40% cheaper than the USA.

now!! if you do get taxed at the boarder, then you are being taxed 14% on 156CAD instead of 14% on 265CAD. only thing is that if they ship with USPS (don't ever order something from the states over $20CAD with UPS) you get charged an additional $5 for customs handling fee, and then theres the shipping cost. But that 40% savings is more than enough to cover all that. Also if you buy from certain online stores, or ebay you can sometimes get away with paying 0 tax and 0 customs handling fee, so that is even more savings.

and thats is the end of my lecture of why not to buy TR (or most popular designer denim) in Canada. There are some good sales here, but hardly ever.

Just to tell you I got my Joey Big T Raw in a super rare size cheaper than you got your dark vintage. mine retail $240USD, yours retail $170USD.

But the thing is if you really really want dark vintage joeys in size 29 and cannot find them anywhere online, and are willing to pay 40% or more, then yeah... from the stores here are fine.

stores that sell TR for men here are that store, below the belt (on robson), Boys Co (probably the best selection). I saw some at plenty in metro also, but like 2 pairs total only.

now I got an another strong reason why I dont like Canada.~~~

oftenly rain~, poor effecient public work, lots tax, and high tax, stupid skytrain

little fasion , little sale~~

actually i want a W30, that's my usual size, but they only got W29 and the seller said i should be a size down in Joey.

I looking for some female jeans coz I wanna buy something for my sister and my mother.

I got 2 TR last joey saturday, another one is light color and have some distress

I cant tell the different between W29 and W30.

I feel like same size. I tried bobby that day, and I have to wear W31

hard to say, but W30 most times fit me well.

anyways try www.revolveclothing.com. They will coupon match other stores also. Free shipping to Canada as well, and I do hear they mark packages as a lower value to avoid some/all taxes .

I think we have a code "honest" that is 15% off, but you can probably do better than that. Just check the coupon section for other store's coupons and email/phone them to match the coupon.

if it just says joey then it isnt big t. But styles in big t tend to run smaller. Keep that in mind.
