Rainbow choices. . which ones?

So I did get the rainbow cowgirls from NM and I liked them. . .more than I wanted to except for the hole on the thigh. . but I could live with it and put a patch inside.

I decided to hold out. For these,




but now. . I dunno? I don't have any dark TR so I'm thinking of these for that, but then I could get Sammys in a dark wash. . .??? Or regular joeys. . ?

Thoughts? I really am still thinking about those cowgirls. .

I like the darker joey with the rainbow pockets. I think the contrast b/t the dark jeans and the stitching looks good

Ditto! I think it looks good with the lighter jeans, but even better with the darker jeans because of the contrast.

If you don't have any dark, I say hold out. I have these and I really like them...very nice, clean, dark wash.

I saw those at a boutique yesterday and am now IN LOVE with them! I am going to get them when they go on sale. I already have the light cowgirl bullet-hole butt ones, so those will hold me over for now until I get these beauties I might be different and get the dark rainbows in Bobby, since my cowgirls are Joeys. That way, I won't feel retarded for essentially owning two pairs of the same jeans

Who was it that tod me they could get these from TR and sell them to me?? I can't remember and I accidentally deleted PM and it's driving me nuts??? Help??!!

So with leesamarie's deal in HM. . and seeing that they may have less distressing on them then the ones I got from NM. . I'm thinking still about the two of them (dark handsand vs. cowgirls)

Any other insights? Her's are $165 shipped. . the dark hand sands will be around $180ish shipped.

Ditto. I don't like any back pocket distressing like that at all, but Lisa's pair DOES have significantly less distressing there . . . so if you really want them that badly, those do look a lot better than the other ones!

I think the reason why I am torn is that I secretly did love something about those cowgirls and I just can't get them out of my mind. . .I'm thinkin' I'm getting them!

So the next question is this:
How do I apply a patch to the inside w/o any stitching showing thru? Iron on???
I'm talkin' about the flesh showing hole on the thigh.

Thats funny! Iron on is probably the only way. I bought some for mine but have yet to actually patch them.

I bought some called "worn denim". Its exactly the same denim color with alot of white in it.Directions seem easy. Mexico huh, fun

If you want to patch any of the holes on the thighs, you can use(if you are hemming jeans that is) the excess material that comes off when you hem them, or use any other old denim.... OR...you can use some kind of pretty contrasting printed fabric, and patch on the inside..'Wonder Under' works remarkably well for this kind of thing.( its an iron on thing that binds the two fabricss together) I used it for patching the inside of my Joey Destroyed, which were SO destroyed when I got them, they were unwearable..came out cute!

I would love to see a picture of those. I am totally afraid of the destroyed jeans due to my pale skin showing... I would love to see what they look like patched!
