Hee hee.. this post is so amusing!!!!

I am away at school & live alone so I get NOOOOOOOOOO questions. I don't have to hide any of my purchases. So glad... though my friends bug me about being on the forum so often. They don't understand how I can talk about jeans all day. One of my good friends worry that I have an "addiction" since he sees me on HF in class, in the library, at his place.. LOL

My boyfriend has absolutely no idea how much I spend on clothes... I once told him I wanted a dog and he replied by telling me to spend the money on sponsoring a child in a developing country. Imagine if I told him I spend $$$ on jeans, purses, etc.

I laughed out loud at this one cuz my bf is the same way! He'll see me in a pair of jeans (more than likely, a pair he hasn't seen on me before or doesn't remember on me) and he'll automatically say, "You got new jeans, didn't you?!?" To me, new is like, getting them within the past week. I don't usually wear jeans until after 2 weeks after purchasing them so I always say, "Noooo babe, I've had these. I just haven't worn them." Technically, it's not a lie.


same here...and i then i usually get this look of confusion because they don't understand how it doesn't qualify as new...

Not just you babe...and I must clarify...its not only 7's that I am counting...but all designer denim, and not all of my crops, and not ANY other denim..the count is over 45...and I am truly embarassed to say it...but I will be weeding out...I MUST!

My husband doesn't care about how many jeans I've got, 'cause he knows i get them for a bargain. He totally understands the joy I get from receiving parcels in the mail, instead of going shopping (although I love that, too ) I don't think he knows how many I've got, though

We were at a party the other night and he starts bragging about how I am on eBay getting these great deals and so on. I HAD to pull him aside and tell him not to give away any SECRETS

Even my best friend, though, who loves jeans, thinks I'm too addicted to HF, eBay and getting great deals online. Whenever she's bought anything online, she's paid retail, and been fine with that.

yeah I think we all here get deals, we harldy ever pay retail but its not the cost its the quantity!!!.....we 7 geeks buy many many pairs!!...thats what makes us hide from the hubbys and bfs..

Like my dad says " do you need another pair or do you want another pair" ....hmmmm I want another pair
