that was on my "cut-phase" During the winter I bulk up so I'm just thicker everywhere so you don't see all those lil' muscles. But spring break coming up, so time to start my cutdown phase.

ah yes, "cutting"... lord, I went through that last year at about this time... I spent 12 weeks going from 195 to 163... results were alright, but definitely not healthy... never again!!
