Shit yo, I just ate so much lunch. I had a spinach salad, split pea soup, an egg, and a yogurt. I always like eat too much then my stomach hurts. You think I'd learn my lesson, but no.

B: 4 eggs, 10 strips of bacon, 3 pieces of cinnamon rasin bread, 4 pancakes, 2 cups of coffee, glass of milk
L: Parmesan Chicken Sandwitch, cheddar covered potatoe wedges, 2 24oz Labatt Blue Drafts
D: Got a date tonight so im gonna say a nice 12 ounce steak, medium rare, loaded baked potatoe, 3 or 4 more draft beers

Snack: i bought tortilla chips last night, and i plan on making some cheesy spinnach dip and consuming at least 3 or 4 more beers.

God, i love life... and metabolism.

Almost 2:00 here and this is what I've eaten so far:

Breakfast (pre-workout):
1.5 cups of oatmeal
1 scoop protein powder
20 oz skim milk

Then I went to the gym

Post-workout:
1/2 gallon of skim milk (cheap, simple & effective)

1 hour later:
1/4 pound hamburger (96% lean)
2 slices whole wheat bread
16 oz milk

And so on... I generally eat every 3 hours and less carbs as night approaches. And my highest food intake surrounds my workouts.

Hummus with pita bread....yuuuuummmyy I ate too much!

16 oz. strong Peet's coffee w/soy milk
Fuji apple, cut into wedges
Banana, cut into sections
1 hard-boiled egg w/salt & pepper
1 thick piece spelt toast w/butter and BF's mom's homemade apple butter
3 pieces morningstar veggie bacon
water, multi-vitamin, and glucosamine for my knees!

Whoa, are you serious?
Yeah, that's a shitload of saturated fat & cholesterol, not to mention all the sugar in the pancakes & bread. Even if you are a skinny freak (and if that's the case I hate you ) you should watch the cholesterol. A friend of mine was skinny as hell, ate like shit, and was diagnosed with hypertension. Just a friendly heads up

whoa! i love your menu! sounds delicious. i love hard boiled eggs. you were defintely right about us eating similarly. I used to only eat Fuji apples, but then I discovered Jonagolds.

i think you hate a lot of people then. like the entire population of japan and a lot of people in the U.S as well as many other countries. sushi isn't trendy. it's a unique and delicious form of food. don't be ignorant.

lol that was kinda funny. but you have to eat those things in moderation if you dont want to get fat. i dont understand the people who avoid them completely. thats just ridiculous. i try to just balance out the junk i eat with like vegetables and other healthy-ish foods like chicken or something. is chicken even healthy? who knows. anyway yeah moderation is key. unless it's buying jeans.

Popcorn chicken from school, dr. pepper (20 oz), milk and water (about 25 oz a piece) and some coke (16 oz). And, one-third of take-out chinese I ordered at school with some friends.
