Why thank you. I like to think that I eat somewhat healthier than the typical college student. I think about becoming a vegetarian a lot, but sometimes I really won't feel full until I eat some meat. I love chickenless chicken nuggets, veggie burgers, and meatless corndogs, but I would really miss Houston's pork chops too. I also don't know enough about healthy vegetarian diets to be a wise vegetarian..

Meal One:
Hot Oat Bran in Soy Milk

Meal Two:
Tamago (it's japanese for egg... and it's sweet!!) sandwiched in between two pitas brushed with olive oil and grill-pressed until nice and crispy (weird, I know, but hey don't knock it till you try it) and Hi-Lo cereal with Soy Milk.

Meal Three:
Shitake mushroom salad with rice-vinegar dressing and Hi-Lo cereal with Soy Milk

Meal Four:
Baked tofu, topped with sundried tomato pesto and grill pressed in=between two slices of Rye bread brushed with olive oil and Hi-Lo Cereal with Soy milk

Meal Five:
Sushi Rice in a bowl (white rice sprinkled with sushi-zu) and topped with Tamago. it's basically like an open-face sushi roll, sans the seaweed. And of course... Hi-Lo Cereal with Soy Milk

Meal(ish) Six
Hi-Lo Cereal with soy milk (this was just like 5 mins ago)

I envy the fact that you can eat that much in one day, and I love your dietary choices. Perfect diet. No wonder you've got that bod!

That's an excellent point. It does take some research at first. I was an uneducated, carb-heavy veggie for some years as a teen, and my diet was pretty poor as a result. I didn't eat soy or like soy milk, either, and I didn't really know how to cook. So I was often stuck with whatever my mom was making for dinner, without the meat, which usually would leave me with something like peas and potatoes for dinner. Not really ideal.

But what you're doing sounds really good. I'd stick with it for now.

Breakfast: McDonalds egg mcmuffin, hash brown and large coke

Lunch: Island's Restaurant Baja (fajita) tacos (only ate 2 out of the 3) w/ sour cream & guac and a coke

Dinner: 10 California rolls and a coke

I ate like crap today but I was out all day and ran so many errands that I didn't have time to make anything, so it was all on the go for me today. And usually I only eat 1 or 2 meals at the most in a day. Shocker that I actually ate 3!!

Wow, it's really hard to remember, I'll try though cause it's fun to see what people eat:

yogurt and blueberry smoothie made by my husband, he makes a rockin' smoothie!
mixed nuts, can't get enough!
apple
minestrone soup
salmon ceaser salad, made by husband. I think I would starve if he didn't keep me fed!

lots of water and some Red wine...
