I just has a gross meal, and only because I was hungry and felt bad....BURGER KING.....UGGGHHHH my roomate loves the junk and she brought me a burger and I feel bad to not take it

roast beef

pork chop

pork chop

tuna salad, pork chop, collard greens, asparagus, braised short ribs

later on i'll prolly find some more to eat

well i haven't been watching my carbs really, that's the main problem, i've basically just been stuffing myself with whatever i see laying around until i'm full

IE: eating quickly. Carbs are cool as long as you dont eat too much. Most people dont realize the portion size problem. Like, a serving of bread is ONE or TWO SLICES LOL Your average NY bagel is like 4-5 servings of carbs. Its almost what you need for a whole day.

Try just eating slowly and avoid the carbonation hehe

Dude, if I move to NY this summer, I will not be able to handle the bagels. This is totally OT I know, but the other day my house had some MONSTER-ASS-HUGE bagel, and I ate half of it and I was seriously feelin' ill all day from too much bagel. Now that I've shared that glorious story, back to reading.

well back when i was on a "normal" diet, i used to count all my calories. i had a good 300g of carbs a day at least. i was on a 50-30-20 c-p-f ratio. i got down to prolly like single digit bf% but i've stopped counting and have no idea how much i've been eating. i mean i was pretty hardcore, but i've just gotten lazy lately. i've gained a good 7lbs i'd say. i do have a decent idea of how much i'm eating, but i like meat a lot right now anyway and don't plan on depriving myself of carbs for like a long time. just a few days or so, lol

Today..or should i say yesterday...
I ate:
-Oatmeal Raisin ceral bar
-rice stick noodles
-dumplings
-granola bar
-miso soup
-fried rice with mushrooms
-rice stick noodles again (but in soup form)
-bok choy
-cookies (yummy lemon flavored)
-a nestle crunch ice cream bar
-wontons

Yep, another day of eating a crap load of stuff. btw, it's not in any particular order.
