Kate: don't eat so much tuna anymore! the mercury in the tuna is bad for you. carbs are good. it's all about the cereal.

Jillian: I was totally with you, I was like mm apple and peanut butter, awesome! diet root beer! awesome! and then you were like cilantro and I was like GROSS. i really really hate cilantro. It is such a gross flavor. but anyways, dill pickles are good too.

hah, i am totally loving this thread. thanks bombon.

i love oatmeal! never had it with jelly though. is that tasty? I usually eat mine with some raisins and maybe some soy milk. or maybe shredded coconut. or bananas. or raisins AND bananas.

damn i'm such a fat kid at heart.[/u]
yes it is quite good. i do like putting raisins or cranberries in my oatmeal but with jelly/spread types it makes every spoonful of oatmeal really tasty.

oh this is a good one!

Starting at 6am...and every meal is separated about 4 hours or so....

Meal One:
Hot Oat Bran in Soy Milk

Meal Two:
Tamago (it's japanese for egg... and it's sweet!!) sandwiched in between two pitas brushed with olive oil and grill-pressed until nice and crispy (weird, I know, but hey don't knock it till you try it) and Hi-Lo cereal with Soy Milk.

Meal Three:
Shitake mushroom salad with rice-vinegar dressing and Hi-Lo cereal with Soy Milk

Meal Four:
Baked tofu, topped with sundried tomato pesto and grill pressed in=between two slices of Rye bread brushed with olive oil and Hi-Lo Cereal with Soy milk

Meal Five:
Sushi Rice in a bowl (white rice sprinkled with sushi-zu) and topped with Tamago. it's basically like an open-face sushi roll, sans the seaweed. And of course... Hi-Lo Cereal with Soy Milk

Meal(ish) Six
Hi-Lo Cereal with soy milk (this was just like 5 mins ago)

I always end up going to buy food but lately I am determined to not eat unhealthy fast food. So today I ate:

-Kashi cereal with soy milk
-A Jonagold apple
-A special K bar
-A Banana
-Coffee
-A whole wheat wrap with ground turkey, cheese, bbq sauce, onions, and mushrooms (I had one for lunch and one for dinner)
-Key Lime Yogurt (mm, this was the highlight of my day)
-Bottles and bottles of water

and I think I will have some cereal now...
It sounds like you eat very well. That's approx. how I like to eat, too, except I'm veggie.
