meal 1 zero carb isopure protein shake followed by 45 min cardio

meal 2 8 egg whites w/ skim cheese and howmade oatmeal bread.

meal 3 steamed shrimp w/ garlic and lemon, 1 cup long grain rice w/ a cup of stamed broccoli and carrots w/ a salad no dressing

meal 4 myoplex protein shake

meal 5 14oz extra lean ground turkey w/ brown rice and steamed broc.

meal 6 12 oz extra lean ground beef


about to eat meal 5 in an hour followed by meal 6 in 3 hrs. haaaaa

A bowl of hot and sour soup.
Another one of my veggie ranch pita creations.
Some tostitos and peach mango salsa.
A few little pieces of a frozen california pizza kitchen margarita pizza.
And some Sour patch kids.

In that order, all randomly throughout the day.... Its been a strange food day I guess. And about 8 bottles of water from 8am on to prevent a hangover.

I was asleep until 1 in the afternoon, so I had no 'breakfast', but for lunch and a snake I had about 4 bowls of Coco Pebbles (even though I really wanted coco krispies), and for dinner I had a water and a hamburger that was f*cking huge! It was almost the size of my 6 yr old nephew's head. Felt a little sick, but now I am on my way to getting a snack.

honestly, whatevers in the fridge. I buy those pita bread things in a package at the store.... and stuff whatever I can find in them... Today was lettuce, shredded carrots, broccoli, pea pods, a little shredded cheese and some ranch dressing. Its surprisingly good and makes a filling lunch.




And I have to add to my food for the day...
2 budlights and a Jager bomb. And a karaoke song. haha.

Woke up at 3pm so I didn't have any breakfast nor lunch. For dinner had chicken, abalone, and fish stomach soup, ribs, tofu, and rice. Then some sponge cake that my uncle made...and oranges

We went on the ski train to winter park for a company ski day so yesterday i ate:

Breakfast:
Waffle
fruit
banana nut bread
coffee, lots!
some of my husbands ham and egg beakfast burrito

Snack:
black cherry almond cliff bar
almonds

Lunch: split a salmon sandwich, fries and ceasar salad with husband

Skipped dinner because lunch was late so I was still full.

no, because it's not that bad anymore. For about a month, it was terrible, but I didn't go because I thought maybe I just had a stomach infection or something. Now, it's better, and that happens very rarely, but I don't overeat at all, but I don't undereat. And I've stopped eating greasy food (because that set whatever was happening off big-time!) for the most part, so I eat more things like salad, vegggies, etc. I eat when I'm hungry and stop when I'm full. Period.

Actually I'm with miss. You should def listen to your body... People's metabolisms are different. My coworker maria is like 5' 7" and wears a 00 and she eats practically nothing but has more energy than anyone I've ever met!

really, hrm... Maybe I should go get checked out too LOL I cant tolerate greasy food either.
