regular old burger and fries won't work on a diet and it will make u feel like a slug when u used to eating healthy. as far as eating sushi b/c it is trendy that is a joke. noone in my area eats it really except for me. i usually turn people on to it. i eat it b/c it tastes amazing and it has carbs and protein along w/ some omega 3's.

Ergh...

Breakfast:
String cheese

Lunch:
1 cup of Kashi GoLean

Snack:
Apple

Snack:
3 oz. roasted deli turkey

dinner?
-1/3 of a turkey sandwich on multigrain bread

Snack:
1/2 serving of skittles (i'm a sugar fiend)

snack:
a few tortilla chips with some guacamole

and now, a cranberry juice w/ raspberry vodka

Being a teacher leads me to eat very strangely. I never have time to actually sit down and eat a real meal, unless I've got the whole evening to myself.

I ate like crap today!

B - Protein bar and milk (off to a good start)

and then...

L - Pastrami on wheat w/Jalapeno chips from Togos

and worse...

D - Cheeseburger and fries from In N Out (which I scarfed down in my car, while I was driving home, because I was too damn lazy to park, get out of the car, walk to the door, stand in line, fill up my own drink, wait for my order, and find a seat). Yeah...that's right, I totally admitted I was too lazy to fill up my own damn soda!

and now I'll go and try to end my day the way it started

Whole grain/flax seed flakes cereal with some skim milk and raisins.

well if you want to get technical, i'm a landscape architecture student. but i'm taking a general environmental design class right now. we're making a lot of abstract models and drawing plans and sections, etc. i can't wait until next semester, when my landscape architecture studios begin.

Ahh ok, I was going to say, my boyfriend is an architecture student and he lives in studio working on projects 24/7 and what you had said sounded very similar to what he does. It's absolutely crazy... I was with him this weekend and he was glued to his computer for a good 5-6 hours doing sections, details, etc.

yeah sounds about the same... except we don't get to use computers X_X we have to hand draw everything. i'm in studio right now. bridging the 8 hour mark for today. been in this building for 13 hours now (but 5 were for class).

i adore seitan-- it is so good in stir fry dishes & any kind of thai curry type thing...they also have seitan seasoned like sandwich meat that is incredible (flavors like sundried tomato, portabella mushroom)... yum! If I wasn't so lazy I would make it more.

that's awesome. seitan is my BF's fave, too. we have a small chain of nice vegan restaurants in SF (Herbivore) with incredible food--sort of Pan-Asian/American--and BF always gets a big BBQ seitan sandwich there. Mmmmm.

I had 3 tostitos with lime chips as well.

I do know that, but I will get literally sick if I eat too much. and no, I don't make myself sick, it is an unfortunate result. If I'm full, then I'm full, and I'm not going to force my body to eat unnecessary food which it will proceed to throw back at me.
