I ate like crap today!

B - Protein bar and milk (off to a good start)
and then...
L - Pastrami on wheat w/Jalapeno chips from Togos
and worse...
D - Cheeseburger and fries from In N Out (which I scarfed down in my car, while I was driving home, because I was too damn lazy to park, get out of the car, walk to the door, stand in line, fill up my own drink, wait for my order, and find a seat). Yeah...that's right, I totally admitted I was too lazy to fill up my own damn soda!

and now I'll go and try to end my day the way it started

Whole grain/flax seed flakes cereal with some skim milk and raisins.
