exactly my thought...funny!.....I guess its because of the two peanut thing!
I think the 2 peanut thing is funny.
But when I think about it seriously it's not funny. I think that if that's all she, or anyone eats all day everyday, there's a problem.
I am barely 100lbs., but 2 slices of pizza isn't going to last me from lunch until dinner, and 2 peanuts isn't going to fill me up. To me that's not even a snack. that's a tease. 3 pizzas and a soda may fill me up, but give me like 2 hours and I'm hungry again.
better then today...all i had was water so far
Don't you get hungry?
maybe it's just me. My friends tell me I'm a fat girl in a skinny girls body.

caffeine is one addiction i cant get rid of. i love iced caramel macchiatos at starbucks - my bf got me a gift certificate for christmas plus the starbucks in my grocery store was having a buy 4 get the 5th free promotion so i drank a ton of them in the past couple months. I cant afford them now so i am using these coupons i got at school to get a free tall regular coffee. even though i hate the taste of it, if i dont get the caffeine my head hurts so bad and i cant concentrate on anything.

do you exercise IamRenee? You sound like you eat more than i do and i am a 31-32. my bad eating habits/lack of exercise caught up with me and i gained a bunch of weight in a short period of time. it is a lot harder trying to get it off!

Work out???? are you insane?? I hate doing anything physical (in the workout sense). I am lazy. I like to sleep all day. I do get excercise though. like when I have to go to the post office. Half the time my brother won't drive me there if he's home, so I have to walk. It's like a half an hour walk, maybe 45 minutes. I'd say this past week I went to the post office like twice. Yeah I went yesterday, and the 30th... So basically I go for a walk once or twice a week. Actually I need to go again.
But that's all the excercise I get. I probably should excercise. Just to be healthy. Because not many people in my family can be considered thin...
You sound like my sisters. They both need caffeine. And my one sister, I think she drank coffee too much. She'd say if she doesn't have coffee everyday her heads starts to hurt. And she has migraines. Her doctor told her she can't have coffee, or processed products....

i ate a lot.

i've been starving for the past three days even though i've eaten tons....def more than usual. i think it's all the stress from my school work.

anyways i'm 112 pounds but still ate all of the following today:

1. glass of milk (no time for breakfast for my 8:30 class)
2. 2 slices of pizza
3. two mini yogurts
4. half a pack of carrots
5. a granola bar
6. Some taboule (mmm) and this other kinda salad
7. puri (it's this type of Indian bread)
8. potatoes with the puri
9. more yogurt...
10. an apple

and now i'm thirsty..

and i love love sushi...esp kamikaze when it's fried.
and cebseb i totally agree with you. a lot of the ethnic dishes are not at all like they are in the original countires. a lot of foods have been "westernized".

apparently soya sauce is not even used in China and the only reason it was used here was because as the urban legend goes is that when fried rice was served in a Chinese restaurant way back when, the customers thought that the rice was not cooked because it wasn't brown. so the restauranteurs added soya sauce to give the brown color and the more "cooked" look. i dunno how true this is but yeah....

indian food here is pretty much the same although it def does not taste as good as it does as at home or in india itself

Whoa, that does not sound healthy at all. Is there a reason that you are limiting your food intake?? If you trying to lose weight (which I doubt you need to do if you can fit into a pair of designer jeans) your actually slowing down your metabolism by not eating. Your body will go into starvation mode and hold onto anything it can. It is better to eat about 6 small meals a day. That will keep your metabolism up and running all day. That is the healthy way to lose weight. I am not sure of your motives. Maybe you just don't like food. I personally love to eat.

you are so right. I worked with this lady. And she told me when she was in her 20s she was trying to lose weight, even though she was already thin. She said all she would eat was cabbage soup, and tea or coffee. And she said she got so sick she was put in a hospital. And now she's in her 50s and she said her metabolism is so messed up she can't lose weight. her doctor told her is was from when she was (basically) starving herself.

wow, you guys are jumping to conclusions. Maybe she is just sick? I lost 20 lbs when I had pneumonia..

well, she did make a comment on a previous thread about wanting to be stick skinny, so i think they definately have a right to be concerned.
http://honestforum.com/viewtopic.php...sc&sta rt=360

exercising/eating several small meals is definately the way to be healthy and feel good. i used to be 5'5'' 110 lbs and didn't eat a lot b/c i was a picky eater and did not feel like eating much. i felt like crap because of my lack of food - i got a lot of headaches and did not have any energy. you might think that you look sexier stick thin, but i actually know a lot of guys who think i look a lot better now even though i am no longer skinny. my skin and hair are healthier and i feel a lot better physically.

If you're sick do you eat 2 slices of pizza? Sweety, you may think we're jumoing to conclusions, but I've read about, and watched movies about eating disorders, and they're nothing to joke around about. If you are going all day and not eating anything you're going to make yourself sick.
Where I'm at right now it's almost 10pm. Her post was made a little over an hour ago. How can you go a whole day without eating? If she was sick, that's one thing. But don't you think she would have mentioned it? She could have said, 'all I had today was water, but that's because I'm sick.' Or 'I had peanuts for dinner because I'm sick.' Why would you eat peanuts for dinner? Better yet, why would you eat 2? I would understand if she had a sudden allergic reaction to peanuts (happened to my nephew), and that's why she's drinking water.
Now I'm sorry to break it to you but people do have eating disorders. And I'm not saying she does. (but to me it seems that way)

i agree...sometimes i get bad migranes and dont eat anything for a day b/c i will just throw it up, but if someone is asking what i had to eat that day i will explain why i ate nothing b/c it doesnt reflect my daily routine.

I just read that thread... Well pages 25-30.... I do think there is a problem.... But that's none of my business, and I'm not trying to judge.
And as I read in that post I think 'she' is really a he, not a 'she'.
