I'm bored and finding some way to avoid writing a paper...so I just had an awesome meal....so I figured I can share ...

Orange chicken from pf changs w/ rice.
and a couple of Andes mint chocolate pieces
and

my tummy is happy! what did ya'll eat...

6:15~6:20am breakfast- maple / brown suagr oatmeal + chai tea latte
around 7:30am- grande caramel apple cider (starbucks )
12:45~1pm- a homemade sandwhich, a few gingersnap cookies, beef jerky, water
5:30~6pm- Burger/fries (at the lodge (i went up skiing)
6:45~7pm- rest of my homemade sanwhich, peanutbutter filled pretzel thingies, guava juice

wow ... i actually remember what i eat ... freaky

I had fruity pebbles cereal for breakfast, and waffles and juice like half an hour later. Ramen noodles for lunch, and 2 sausage sandwiches (sausage and bread) and soda. Chinese food for dinner and now I'm starving. I also had some chips and some snack cake. oh and some pudding.

Too bad I eat a lot more than this. I blame it on the mid-terms

Okay so I basically live in the studio here, since I am in this intense environmental design class and we have these projects they expect us to work for 22820489 hours on, so I have to bring all this food to the studio so I can eat it all day long. I always end up going to buy food but lately I am determined to not eat unhealthy fast food. So today I ate:

-Kashi cereal with soy milk
-A Jonagold apple
-A special K bar
-A Banana
-Coffee
-A whole wheat wrap with ground turkey, cheese, bbq sauce, onions, and mushrooms (I had one for lunch and one for dinner)
-Key Lime Yogurt (mm, this was the highlight of my day)
-Bottles and bottles of water

and I think I will have some cereal now...

mm i love coconut jelly. it's best with coconut milk tea though. (i love coconut) and I love tofu too. you pretty much had an ideal food day for me. there's this korean bbq place up here that makes the best tofu stir fry with a TON of veggies.

oatmeal w/ 1oz of apricot preserves
can of tuna, tablespoon of mayo

protein shake
odwalla bar

roasted chicken sandwich

roasted chicken salad

subway 6 inch philly steak sandwich w/out cheese

broccoli and some fish

2 scrambled eggs
slice of bread
orange juice


lunch
turkey sandwich with wheat bread
milk
banana

dinner
rice and a lot of salmon
milk
a really big apple about 1.5 hrs later

and not sure what i will be eating in an hour or so

8.0 oz of honeydew/canteloupe/watermelon
large cabo chicken sub
16.9 fl. oz bottled water
oatmeal raisin cookie
16.9 fl. oz bottled water

i'm on my last bottle of water. a better day for me, but i'm still a pig considering how un-active i am.

i love oatmeal! never had it with jelly though. is that tasty? I usually eat mine with some raisins and maybe some soy milk. or maybe shredded coconut. or bananas. or raisins AND bananas.

Fruit Snacks
Spaghetti, meatballs, asparagus, bread
Coffee and some cake thing
Shish-Kabobs & Rice
Pudding with strawberries and whipped cream
Fruit Snacks (again)
Special K with Red Berries
Bag of popcorn
And my new hobby is drinking water, so I had like 7 nalgenes of water today

Yeah, I feel like a cow compared to all you Kashi, plain tuna folks.

i pretty much slept in between meals. the only time i sat down was to eat, use the restroom, and use the computer; other than that, i've been on the couch all day. such a mentally unsatisfying day it was too. and now, after reading your post, I now want cereal. damn me.

I have always been a big water drinker and I have a friend who is majoring in nutrition and she told me that 2 liters a day gets rid of a lot of fat...hmmm I don't remember how much...??...

well so I drank a gallon today...thats 3.78 lit!!!

I have been in the restroom all day long!!!
