Bought some boots just for my TR? YAY or Nay??

Well, I saw these at ALDO and got them for really cheap, $69. I'm not sure if they're me, and Im also 'iffy' about them. But, I've been looking for a decent boot to go with my TR. I also have not a clue what to wear 'em with. or if im over-doing it..
Thanks for your opinions guys. . . .

Not bad, I think it would look better without such a huge flare. A subtler bootcut would be nicer. My 2.

Look good man, I bought some shoes like that for my TR. I think the look is a formal, yet casual look. Makes a good impression

Oh very nice. I love them. I wish my guy would wear shoes like those.

The closest he gets to designer are men's Express jeans....

But I do love those Aldo boots... maybe, just maybe I can try... oh forget it, he wears a 14, they probably don't even come that big! Do they?? I am going to check!

I dunno, I don't think they work with the jeans. Not that they're not ok, not that the jeans aren't ok, I just don't like them together, look awkward imo... the colour clashes too..
just my opinion though.

YES!!! I WAS DISSING ALDO! lol

Well basicly I was just reiterating what I've heard from so many others so I wasnt really speaking out of experience (yes I admit it)

Well I was walking by ALDO at the mall and saw a lot of styles I liked. Well all their boots are 50% off. And these are the ONLY ones that where on sale that where in my size! I got them, but when I took the boots home, the colors DID not clash. I was like WTF???

SO I then posted here to get your opinions..

So, thankfully I was browsing online and I saw the TR Teddy for men for super cheap!!! And so I was like ALDO BOOTS? or a new pair of True Religions? ( I had aldready spent too much money this week on myself alone, not that there is anythin wrong with that)

So I opted for the Teddys! I had to take them back today (the boots) As much as I loved them, I would barely wear em, only when going out probably...

But the GOOD NEWS is Im getting a new pair of TRS! whats better than that? :P

Aw, too bad you returned 'em. They look hot with the jeans, imo. Can you come teach my boy how to dress, please?

Err, I forgot the name.. It started with an A i think. I went to the ALDO site to try and hunt it down but no luck.

I'm anti "those shoes" haha...I see a lot of other guys wearing them and it just seems to me like they're trying to hard. If I HAVE to go with a boot, I wouldn't do something like that...something more beefy, I have Timberland's a rarely wear but that's the only boot I would go for. I'm all about old school shoes anyway....tons of Chucks, Shelltops, Vans, etc...

Any shoe can look good with TR's really...as long as it flows with the rest of your outfit. Match them to more than just your jeans. I go with the "match your shoes to your shirt" style and always works well.
