I did apologize to the buyer and offered $20 off as good faith to avoid the cost of returning them and all.
I was not doing it out of fear or her filing with paypal. I just wanted to make her happy with the jeans she had.

I have since learned to only use my own photography on my listings.

Also, for the record, all of my product is 100% authentic. I purchase directly from the manufacturer.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact me!

So if it was a mistake on your part, why did you have to be rude and swear at brynk in your email exchanges?

As a word of advice, if you're going to be abusive to an HF member regarding a mistake on your part, expect that many other members are going to avoid doing business with you.

THis is my question too. I would NEVER treat a customer that way especially if it was my mistake.

I just want to make sure I have this correct...you purchased your True Religion stock directly from True Religion?

I meant I purchase directly from true religion. I apologize for not being more clear.

depending on the price you paid for them, i would want more than $20 back. I spend a lot more on Big Ts b/c i like the white stitching so much. I would be pretty disappointed if i got regular TRs (which i spend less than $100 on)

I shouldn't have posted that, I am not trying to cause more drama or anythign, I really am over it, and from what I have seen he does use real pics now so at least the problem has been rectified for future customers.
