Yes, I was there during the serial killer arrest. I think that was 1998. He only killed... hookers... though

Yes, definitely '98 now that I think about it, because I was a sophmore and it was the very beginning of the new school year (Sept) and I remember the freshmen freaking out.

We also had some students held up at gunpoint outside the Collegeview Ave side gate that year
