Would it make you feel better to know I do this all the time?? I had 2 pairs from Designs by Steph the exact same SFAM jeans. I tried them on and took off their store tag only to notice they had snags in them, The first pair actually had a tiny hole in the leg very similar to yours. They have a strict return policy, but I am exchanging them for antother style (not sure which ones yet). What sucks is that I have paid original shipping and return shipping 2 times now!!

It doesn't make me feel better because I hate hearing that you've had to go through that. What a pain in the butt!

Well, no word back from them yet since I sent the e-mail, but I have a feeling I know what they're going to say anyway.
