hey it will give you an excuse to go to the TR flagship store!!

but what I would do is print out the page where it shows the model wearing the jeans, then bring in your jeans show them the difference and DEMAND they find you the jeans pictured and give them to you for the same price...if you get irate enough they might even give you any TR to exchange...


Oh yeah also call the customer service-I remembr last year I purchased some gucci flip flops and they mailed me the wrong color so they gave me a partial refund of $10 and then afterwards I still ended up returning them for the full price I paid

Here they are guys!! I already returned them to NM tonight, they should definitely refund your return shipping! I expressed the false advertising and the conversation with sales rep. on the phone and the whole bit. Mrs t they were more snug than my Dark Cowgirls, but very cute and if I didnt already have the Dark ones I might have kept these. I am stilll very angry about the photos on website and wish I would have ordered the Big T medium wash.

Yep, it is definitely true that these jeans can really vary from pair to pair, as seen in these two threads!! Tracy please post pics of yours when you get them.

How did the 30 fit? Still trying to get my first pair of TR and wondering if a 30 is the way to go in Joeys.

I am not a "bullet hole in the butt" girl, so kinda glad NM cancelled my order now.

Anybody know where to get the non-bullet hole Rainbow pockets?

It got mine yesterday. They are actually really cute but I wasn't paying attention when I put them on and put my big toe on my left foot right throught the upper mid thigh distressing and now their is a big hole! (I guess that would have happened in the wash anyway). I dont like the hole.... I am thinking that unless I can find a cute way to patch the hole, they are going back!

I was wondering if TRs shrink at all or if they are already a little loose if they will just stretch right back out? I have the Joey medium miners and these and they are both a little loose in the butt (surprisingly).

I am waiting to hear from the two Tracys when they receive theirs from NM, wondering if theirs will be the same as mine were? I still think it is very shady that they airbrushed the holes out of te back pockets in their pictures, not good business practice IMO.

Post pics when you get yours. I think maybe it has something to do with sizing, and therefore the size of the pockets, but they keep the horseshoe sizes the same?

ok got mine. I got size 28 and 29 and both are smaller than the size 28 I already own!! I couldn't even button the 28 and I could barely button the 29!! I compared the 29 to my own 28's and they are about at least an inch smaller if not slightly more! And they have the big old bullseyes on the butt. I called customer service and told the lady about the false advertisement. She said to mail them back and put the reason why (as them being not as advertised) and they would refund the shipping. Well I'm not too comfortable about just getting her say for it so I think I am gonna have to make a trip down to BH sometime next week. Oh wait crap, I can't........I'm getting eye surgery next week. Well guess I'm gonna have to mail them back. They better not charge me the $8.95 return fee. Hmmm, maybe I will call again and get the sales ladies name and extension number so I know who to call and yell at if they don't refund it.
