Anyone want diesels from the store?

Since I live in NYC, and there are three official diesel stores here, in addition to two bloomingdales locations, two barney's coops, and two small independant stores near me which all sell authentic diesels (usually at full price mind you!), I would like to offer to pick diesels up for people. I'd like to make $20 on each pair, so this means if you want a jean which costs $169, then with NY sales tax and shipping this comes out to $190 (tax on $169 brings you to about $182 or so), then with $8 shipping (within the US, more for out of state), plus my commission brings us to $210. You may not be saving any money, but I am hardly turning a huge profit, so its just something I'd like to do as a courtesy to forum users.

Anyone who is interested, contact me offline with the cut, wash and size you'd like and I will call around and see what's available. I'd like to have this be something whereby I make a run to the stores once a week or so, to make things easier on myself. I will send stuff out priority mail certified, and I accept paypal and money orders.

You can ask kks about me, I've already gotten him a pair. You can also check my ebay feedback. My ebay user is the same as the username I use for the honestforum (blm14). I've got about 170 feedbacks spanning an almost 5 year period, and only one non-positive - a guy who I sold a record to a few years back and some idiot at the post office spilled soda on it or something. If you guys post the jeans you want on the forum, I can assist blm or whoever on where they can get them. I certainly dont have the time to go do the shopping (with school starting next week), but I frequently visit department stores as part of my job, so I can get you quotes. I probably wont respond to private messages cause I usually go online on my laptop at work or school and my schedule will be nuts. Just post the styles you guys want and I'll let you know where you can get them.

Thanks! Since you definately have the inside track it would save me some footwork if you happen to know if a store has something in stock. Either way, I can always call ahead. I've got the numbers for the three diesel stores already and it'd be easy to find #s for bloomingdales and barneys... Anyways, feel free to contact me via private message if not zathansrule.

There's also a diesel store here that i'm quite acquainted wit hand have almost any models including the latest ones e.g. Levan, Sanon, Moorix, etc and also the rare ones i found including the Clerby82L. I can get you just about any style you want 200US$ each. Well, just incase ones offered by blm14 turn out to be a little more expensive that is.

I'm in NYC. International shipping is tricky, it's more expensive which is fine as long as you realize that. I know there always something about customs which can screw stuff up but have little experience with that. I think it only has to do with new stuff versus used. ZATHANSRULE may have more to say about this. I've only sold records and CDs to overseas buyers and they were always used...

Last time airmail from miami by italiandepot is US$24 and about $10 for global priority mail envelope without tracking. I'll choose airmail though...but I don't know from NY... I think it is not really different

oh yeah, you should put them as "gift" when you send it international. Well if you don't mind because the U.S tax is included anyway...I have PM'ed you, please let me know if they have those and tell me the including shipping and your comission as well

For shipping overseas you can try USPS global priority. I belive it has tracking all the way to the destination...which is a big plus.

I live in Canada but the only problem is currency exchange and stuff. If you could look into a pair of jeans for me and tell me how much i would have to pay in CDN, that'd be great.

I've done a post on how to avoid customs in certain countries. Basically the best thing to do is to mark them as gifts, with a value of no more than $1 and take any tags off that have price tags. As far as international mail, I always offered priority mail to places like japan, taiwan, thailand, and europe and it never cost me more than $17. $15 to england and most other European countries. I hardly ever used EMS unless they wanted to pay for it. Of at least 100 packages I send overseas, I NEVER lost a package or gotten a non-receipt. There is no tracking for international priority mail, so thats the only problem--but it is even more reliable than EMS one might say.

Whoa thats a really good question. Can you use paypal in canada? If so, I guess you'd have to contact paypal to see what exchange rate they'll give you. There are also websites which will convert USD to CAN. You can never tell what rate you'll get until you do it. Generally, I like to get paid before I actually get the jeans (I'm poor :P) so we can always fiddle with it and see what happens at the time. I've paid for things in UKP via paypal and I think they convert automatically. In other words, if you paypal me $200 in USD, paypal will convert and deduct an appropriate amount from you in CAN.

Are money orders of foreign currency totally usless? I've used paypal a couple of times before and had some bad experiences so i'm really trying to avoid it. I'm not saying that i cannot trust you but i'd rather find some other mutual method of paymant. I'd have to look into it. How much extra would i have to pay for something like 2-3 day shipping?

i do accept paypal too and can also accept credit card to pay through our secure server but that only is available if few people want them.

One of the item at the shop now is the Sanon 710 .. if you haven't seen it look for it cos they're just one of the best jeans on this 2005 season... All jeans are 200USD
