Where would they have gotten a cut# from? What type of tags do they have? I have always worried about sellers using one pair in the action and sending out a different pair.

those look fake to me. tag is alll wrong...don't think that could be a factory defect!!

so the seller misrepresented the item?? get your money back.

File Paypal, but it will take a couple of weeks for them to "investigate". Try contacting her first and dealing with her directly. Tell her you will file a buyer complaint with Paypal and Ebay, and you will file a mail fraud report with the USPS if she doesn't give you a full refund immediately. If she refuses, file with Paypal.

did you already ask her for a refund?? if you did and she said no, then ya just file with paypal.... i did that with a pair of fake green a's i got and the seller ended up just caving in once I filed even though he adamantly refused before I filed... so you have a chance...

ask for half the refund now half when she gets it that way you can only kind of get screwed? also if you send them and get a tracking number you can file with paypal if she doesnt refund you and you'll win b/c you have record of her agreeing to a refund and record if her recieving the jeans.
