New guy, my Diesel jeans

I got my first Diesel jeans back in 2001 and after that I was impressed how long it lasted and from now on I would only buy Diesels with a 700's fabric. I've had lots of jeans but the Ravix was the one that lasted until now.

Here's some pictures of the jeans. Feel free to use it as a reference. Though I would not like to see it used by a person w/o my permission. Thanks.

By the way this is a great site! Every day I learn more and more about Diesels.

Ravix 727 (washed and dryed a million times)
Rabox 796 (washed twice, dryed twice)
Rumbum 796 (washed twice, dryed twice)
Zathan 710 (washed twice, hang dried once, machine dried once)

Great pics. I have the exact save Ravix's as you except the D symbol on the back right pocket is light blue instead of red. I like your Zathans, they look alot like mine! I like your Rabox's but i like mine better. 888 is the way to go You should buy some Farco's, for $260 they'Re well worth the price. And i couldn't help noticing the price of your Rabox's. In Montreal they sell for $225.

I dont recommend the 888 wash. It is rather boring and quite inexpensive. I would agree with the farco. Farco with zipper back pockets are the nicest

I dissagree. I think the 88'S are very nice. They havee that shiny, dark texture that i like in jeans. They may not be washed to hell but they're nice dark coloured jeans.

never seen the zigby mentioned here... i got a 770 wash of it and i love that wash...i like the jeans too...hoping to get a rolan in a 770. no one has the dardy? i spotted a replica of dardy with a shocking similar fabrics, wash, interior, belt loops, stitching and everything...couldn't believe my eyes..only the brands was a DWN Industry for about 15 bucks... awesome stuffs!!

Someone mentioned the rolan in the 770--not recommended. Try a zathan in 770 or even an older style.

Now, what about the 700's do you like? Come to think of it, is there even any rhyme or reason to how diesel assigns the wash numbers? Are all of the 7**s blue in color?

i like the 888 wash a lot too. i was trying to choose between a pair of zathans in either the 888 or the 764s, and they just felt a lot nicer on. the 764s are super stiff, and for some reason they didn't fit as well. the 888s may be cheaper but the denim is softer from the get go, and i really like the subtle fading and contrast stitching.

i might be one of the few people who actually doesn't like some of the more extreme washes. i don't really care much for the 796.

the number has to do with the weight or quality or something of the denim. I do know this. All stretch denim begins in the 8's. Most of the contrasting colors without stretch material begin the 7's. The 7's tend to be nicer and more expensive and last longer.
