opinions on diesel's slim straight cuts?

am referring to farco, bumix and the like (and the earlier tiiner and ziprio cuts)...how do you wear them anyway? i mean, flares aren't for everyone, but these cuts with really tiny leg openings (17 inches around or less on a 28 inch waist) look awkward with just about any pair of shoes other than perhaps chuck taylors...

Make sure you buy them long enough to bunch up at the bottom. You really don't see the leg opening.

I love the older straight legs from Diesel. The tiiner, bumix, et al have respectable leg opening, nothing tapered and look great with low profile sneakers like Puma or even Diesel sneakers. They also look good with a loafter type leather shoe. Overall, the cut is cleaner.

yup I love the older cut Diesels, they seem to fit better than the newer ones.
