Safado VS Thavar Waist Sizing

Thread Starter

I own a Pair of Safado 602s (3%elastane) in w.28 it fits me very well. Because its Safado being Regular-Slim Straight the stretch on the Jean wasn't really a "Size Down" sittuation. 100% cotton Safados in w.28 are also perfect in the waist. I own a Pair of black and gold 066r in w. 28 that I bought from a user on this furom, the jean fits perfect although the waist is a tiny tiny bit stretched out due to the previous owner is closer to a 29 (I know he wears w.29 in Thanaz which has a little bit loose waist) and that Jean is 100% cotton, so when stretched out, it doesnt go back unless washed.

My question is If im buying a Thavar Jean that is 100% cotton what size do I wear in the waist??? Im not concerned about the "tightness" of the legs im strictly speaking waist size.

Thank you,

Edit: I always see everyone refer to sizing generall based off thavars, so in short how do safados generally compare in the waist to thavars?

I would say go with 28 in Thavar as well. I wear both Safado's and Thavar's both in 31W they both fit perfect. Safado's sit slightly lower on the waist compare to Thavar's that's the only difference i can see from both pairs.
