Its definitely selvedge with manual abrasions. At the first touch u can feel the immense quality of the denim. Its just superb. Its feels as if it would last at least 25 years wear after wear. Not to mention, its Limited Edition so there are only a small number of 830R available.

I was thinking of buying 830P but 830R looks great. I might consider investing in this pair as its limited edition as well.

I'm not doubting you, but how do you know it's Limited Edition? There's no mention of it being Limited Edition on Diesel online store and there is quite frankly nothing on the jeans that suggest it is anything special (no special rivets or buttons, etc). From the bland look of it online, I would've have guessed it's probably $270 tops since it's mii. This is just me, I'm not spending anywhere close to $500 for a pair of Diesels. For that kind of money I might as well invest more in a pair of Diors.

Really? 830R looks like a overpriced pair of 8QL or 8B9.

Nevermind, I see in your photos that there is "Limited Edition" on the inside waist band. Still imo from the outside this wash is about as uninteresting as a Diesel wash can get.

Yes why 400€ when the 608T black is 290€ ?
Personnaly i will never pay more than 300€ excepted for leather pants.

what means "red selvage" and "honeycombs" in the description of this jeans??

pretty sure its the way it was dyed.. Nudie selvage denim uses those terms too like orange cast slevage dye etc... the honeycombs most likely would be the wrinkles behind the knees.

go a few pages back and you see see DieselBoy's photos he took at the store.. has limited edition at the waist like some other pairs in the pas.t

The blue wash/tones of 833Z remind me pretty much of 829B, and those of 830R remind me of 8NE. They look too similar to old pairs than I would have preferred. Regardless, I have to agree re 830R at least - with the exception of the selvedge construction, it doesn't really look that special at all. I'm saving my money for the main collection - I'm sure there'll be a few nice surprises there. ;)

What do you guys think about these:

http://shop.diesel.com/thavar-a/00CQCR0LAFK.html?dwvar_00CQCR0LAFK_color=94G#prefn1=onlineFrom&prefv1=-30&start=1

They look like they would be great for the summer. I'm wondering how thick they are and if this photo is accurate when to comes to the wash color.
