Thavar stretch?

Ive seen a pair of Thavars for sale on the US online store that I have been wanting for a while. Unfortunately they don't have my 30x30/32 size. Does anyone know if the 28x32 is likely to stretch at all? I am not just talking about the waste. I tried on a fresh pair of Thavar 829b in 29x32 in London this weekend and they were tight around the waist and also in the thighs. Is it likely that I would get away with this?

first of all....you forgot to mention which wash you are referring to as it always depends on the wash. also, two sizes down, in my personal experience is very very very rare that youll be able to get away with it. out of the almost 40 pairs i own, i only got a pair krooley 882D in two sizes down and it fits fine. so my bet is that W28 will be very difficult to stretch THAT much. if you could find it in W29, itd be much more feasible in my opinion. hope this helps

Sorry should of said. Its Thavar 814f. Its a strange one. My braddom 887d are 28x32 and they still fit me fine but they were washed once accidently so Im not sure whether this is why?

hmmm i have no clue about whether those stretch or not cause ive never tried them on but i still believe that two sizes down is a longshot. i dont have much experience with braddom but i always sized down one whenever i tried a pair. the same goes for krooley (Except for 882D which runs ultra large). maybe you could order the pair, try it and if it doesnt fit, return it i guess or sell it and take a small hit

I have Thavar and Braddom 887D.. I'm very surprised you fit 28 in 887D and you wear Thavar in 30s.... and 829b is tight for you in 29s... my 887D in 28 fits like all my other 28s fit.. and I do not wear Thavar in 30.. I do have few thavar 29x30s.

I have a feeling my braddoms have stretched out when they were washed. They were washed at a warm temp. Having said that my braddom 008q are also 28 and fit perfectly - again they may have stretched.
