Braddom .. carrot? .. length?

howdy all,

I've always been a viker man with the occasional safado, but with the UK stores seemingly phasing out vikers I'm looking for the next best thing. Braddom, from what I understand, is a viker fit that tapers down to a safado hem.

My first question is - I notice Diesel calls them carrot fit, this word terrifies me, I imagine a fat butt at the top and skinny ankles, someone please reassure me that it's closer to slim/straight that a carrot?

Second question, i see a lot of factory stacking in the pics, would I go for my usual viker length of 32 or should I go for 34? I wouldn't want anything shorter than a viker 32 (I'm 6 ft).

Many thanks in advance

go for your usual viker length.  the leap from viker to braddom is not too severe. the thighs are more roomy than vikers but the calves are not THAT much tighter. it's a very comfy cut IMO.

you've got me worried saying that the thighs are looser than viker - I don't think I could handle any looser.

Braddom might not be for me, What about Krooley, how does that compare to viker?

You should go a size down with braddoms for a snug fit! I size down both my Krooleys & braddoms!

has anyone seen braddom 820n ?

I bought it recently. It's nice blend and has weird indigo color (in a good way) to it. The slub texture has nice winter touch to it. It has slight electric blue to indigo. Length wise, it's little bit longer then normal diesel for me. This cut is more slim straight.
