So I get a package sent from Diesel UK to the address I got them registered with. Before my regis. with them they were quick in responding to my emails. The package got to them on 29th may but they didn't enter it to my account until 5-6 days after. They put the wrong weight, wrong picture for the package not even addressed to me but to someone else entirely. I sent many emails to them concerning this but received no reply. In the end I decided to get an address with another company that I made sure wasn't fradulent and decided to ship package to them and also paid via paypal. Now I get an email stating my package has been shipped to my Indian address when I changed the ship address everywhere to one from skypax UK. The link for the tracking no. they have provided takes me to the dhl homepage and the number itself one would clearly see can't be a tracking number. Have sent them an angry email saying I will take strict action if my ques. are not answered and right steps are not taken to ensure the package gets shipped to the right place. I'm prepared for the worst but I'm not giving up so easily.

If you paid via PayPal, you should report it to them.This may be a scam

Thanks for the replies. They have my diesel package for which I have paid directly to diesel. So paypal is not gonna get me the cost of the package.
