I bought a pair of Armani mens jeans from a charity shop and would like to know if they're the real thing or a fake - I'm a designer handbag know-it-all but not so much on clothing or denim and I've been caught out by realistic-looking fakes before. This pair has some wear in the seat area but are otherwise in good condition.
The denim feels lighter and slightly thinner than your average pair of jeans - I bought some similar denim fabric from New York before which was considered 'luxury' denim and very hard to track down. This and the fact that all the inner labels seem fairly legit (made in Italy, sewn-in fly label, etc) lead me to believe they are real; however they seem to have an acrylic (?) eagle printed on the back pocket rather than a metal one and are missing the back leather patch, which have been present on other Armani jeans I've seen.
Anyone who could give me ideas would be massively appreciated, thanks!
