Custom Jeans - Where to get them?

So I am checking out different options for creating custom jeans.  Here are a few things I have found:

I have been keeping an eye on this cool site www.MakersRow.com .  They have lists of factories all around the US that you can talk too.  I think some of the factories had high minimums.  I did find this place that does individual pieces.

Here is some of their denim companies that you can contact directly.

Here is a website that focuses on custom jeans.  The price starts pretty low.

There used to be IndiCustom but it appears that they went out of business.  Here is a review on what the site used to look like:

Here is one called Z2 that lets you create custom jeans.  The prices start at $65

Feel free to drop some additional ideas on how to create a nice custom pair of jeans.

There is also Etsy.  However I didn't see any great leads there on custom mens jeans.  Might have to look closer.

There is also Den. M Bar in Los Angeles, they create them there for you after measuring you and everything like that http://www.denmbar.com

Sadly, I think IndiCustom went out of business. I've also heard that the Levi's Meatpacking store (in NYC) will make you your own pair: http://www.refinery29.com/levis-made-to-order
