Can anyone confirm if the sale extends to the UK?

I would like to ask for a favour from a friend here from the denimblog forum.

As Im falling in love with the Shioner 817H, I would really like to try them on. But here in Groningen I can't find that particular model(and Shioner in general). So i really have no choice but to blind buy them.

Well, that's why Im asking if there is someone who has them and is willing to measure their pair and send me the measurements.

I am size W30 and L32. So if there is anyone from the forum that has them and are the same size I would be more than thankful to get these measurements:

Waist aligned

Front rise

Thigh from crotch

Thanks in advance! And if you know someone who has them for sure and is the same size, please tell me who he is :)

I have them in 29x30.. can measure for you if you want later tonight when I get home.  I have few Shioner's in 29x30 and this one is my loosest pair.  I should of got 28x30. but oh well.

Oh nice, do let us know your opinion on this pair.

@straychev  get your usual size. dont size up or down. if you are a strict W30 and maybe a W29 in washes that run larger, then go with W30. measurements can be misleading (DC i dont mean that you cant take proper measurements!!! :P ) its just from personal experience.

im a strict W31 in 95% of thavars (5% W30 since newer washes are very thin or stretch a lot), shioners etc,

W30 in krooleys (and braddoms even though i dont buy any)

W30-31 in darrons-tepphars depending on the wash.

hope this helps ;)

this is a very useful and exact information. Thanks a lot my friend, audit30

Awesome Audit30 - that's why I'm saying for Shioner 817H you should get your size.  I am normally 28s but for some reason when its 30L i find it very tight to squeeze in.  so I've been buying Shioners in 29x30 and they all fit perfect for me.  28x32 is awesome too but I have to hem. 28x30 i cannot squeeze in.

so for this particular pair, stick to your normal size, do not size up.

i just received my new pair of shioner 805A which is 31x32 (cause 32x30 became way too large for me) and it fits kinda tight but ok. maybe the same as my shioner 801A (again 31x32) so it might have to do with ones body type. and i find that in all the washes that i own, its always better to stick to your size except for particular washes like 809v and 804K for which you have to size down as they run larger. of course there are some very few exceptions for which sizing up is MANDATORY (eg 887K . i would never be able to squeeze into a 31 and that because of my thighs and 887K's construction)

-this stands true when talking about shioners/thavars/thanazs...when it comes to krooleys i stick to W30 and very very rarely i get W29 (882D is the only one i have in W29) -

Can someone explain the composition of materials used in this wash of Thavar?

I don't get what that 20% mean. Is it still a stretchy blend with cotton, what is it?

Do you think it is worth it? What do you guys think about this model?

It sure is different but is it really worth the money?

Yes, these are stretchy, but not your typical thin stretchy diesel jeans. these are thick with slight 3D creases on the bottom hem. the wash is quite special. other than the 3D illusionary camo print, denim has a rustic tint to it which makes the color different in various set of lightings. because they are stretchy and thick, they fit really well. Leg opening is a bit smaller than regular thavars.

these are not for everyone, you either like them or hate them. I personally really like the 821c and have received compliments wearing them. not going to re-post, but you can check out my fit pics on them. given the uniqueness and quality of these, I think they're worth buying. I caught these at 30% off when diesel had the friends and family sale. hope the info helps.

Yes, the information was more than enough! I hope that they can fit well. Im planning on going on a little trip to Amsterdam soon so I will visit the Diesel Store as well. That means that I will try them on, if they fit I will like them even more. As far as their appearance - I love it!
Thanks for the information! :) Although I couldn't find your fit pics. But its okay :)
Thanks again!

Hey guys, I am very curious when will the Diesel Online store get their discounts? And what is the first discount usually? (-20% or -30%)

Im asking because I want to get a jacket for my girlfriend but right now I just can't find it anywhere else on a discount.

I just wanted to know what is the usual starting discount and when do the discounts start?

Well at least here in North, they have a "friends" and "v.i.p." presale night, somewhere between 1 and 2 week of December. Online goes sale in Mid January? Thats what I can remember from last winter.

Sales is usually -30% in denim, and -50% others.

Any chance for a black friday/cyber monday sale here in Europe?

The Diesel sale in the UK started around a week before Christmas, Im pretty sure!

Can't wait for that sale! Im so pumped, because I have so many things I would like to get that are not on sale in Zalando or ASOS and they have it only in their Online store. So i need to wait to get them. But I guess i will get them before Christmas.

Im wondering is it just me or its with everybody like that, but the Darron with the "3D" patch on the zipper fits me better everywhere(waist, thighs, calves) than the one that has no "3D" patch on the zipper.

I have tried the 818Y and it has no "3D" and fits a bit lose, doesn't look that good on me.

But I have also tried the 813S which fits me pretty well and it looks right.

Only thing I don't like about Darrons is the back pockets are a bit too small. And that makes my ass look big and weird.

Did you size down on 818Y? If not, try sizing down as it fits larger
