Thavar 811P - Page 2

I know some of you are concern about the white faded parts being too much. They are actually not as white in person as photographed. As I wrote, there's a tint of beige color on top which you can't see from the pics. They look really good worn, just like the pics on official site. I would say it's a lighter and cleaner version of 880w. I will try to post some fit pics today.

Looking at the pics from Kelly's fashion website, strangely mine do not have that white tear drop underneath the logo pocket shown in their last pic.

LOL.

I do like 811p more than 880w. It will be super awesome if I can get one looks like the viker 811p on eBay.

you lucky man dieselolic! Can't wait.......

Honestly 811p or 801c or are they quite different against each other?
Yes they are different
Any other color will match the 811
It will be very difficult for the 801
That fading!!!!! icon_biggrin.gif

pryv75, you know sometimes the offical stores won't sell some jeans. Same happened with 888p, we only had braddom, no thavar. You should search for it in normal stores.

I wonder who here in the forum guys would choose the thavar ECOM rather than the 811 ? Washing and dirt seems to be more balanced in the former jeans.

Ive got the ECOM (813L) already from the London Store and Im definitely going to get the 811P. Awesome wash. Thanks for the pics Dieselolic!

can anyone help me out how the inseam runs for thavar or krooley 811p please?

Does anyone have any idea if Thavar 811P will ever become available to buy in the UK? Even if its through Ebay of ASOS, or somewhere like that?

Have previous US only releases ever become available in the UK

If there's no chance of getting them, I'll look into other washes, but if there's a chance they'll come out later in the year, I'll wait.

My local jeansstore (guess which one icon_wink.gif )will try to order my 29/30, since they have L32 and L34 only.

Fingers crossed! Else I'll visit the Diesel store in Amsterdam this weekend!

Hey I am in HK now and they have that size... But it's probably more expensive with all the exchange stuff.. I had chance to see 811p in person and yah it's nice.. That rust color cast is just so wicked.. It feels like the rust tint is hoovering over the blue jean itself like a hologram.

Finally got around to take a few fit pics!

The fading isn't as white as my original pics. Beautiful wash. Like denim collector said the rust tint is really awesome.

Very nice. 👍

My pair will be delivered soon from usa with a proxy. Something i dont get : why will they be available at asos, a netherland store or diesel us stores but not in french stores or online for europe ? Really weird !

Basically, each individual retailer all over the globe have the choice of what they stock. My mate used to run an independent clothes shop locally, only small, but his boss went down to the buy in fo Diesel each season and could choose exactly what they wanted (although there was a minimum spend).

So its not a case of them not being available in specific countries. As you all probably know, Diesel release a wide range of jeans for each season, yet some of which you will never see, or you may come across a random pair years down the line and wonder how youve never seen them before. It all depends on what retailers buy in, and some cut wash combos are just less popular and

Also, it is keen to note that the Diesel Online store, as well as the actual stores in different countries are also classed as inidividual retailers and do not stock EVERYTHING that Dieel produce each season. So if you go into your local store in the UK for example, and they tell you that Thavar 811P are not available, it because Diesel UK stores did not buy them in. This does not mean that other UK retailers of Diesel wont get them if that makes sense.

Hope this aids understanding guys...?

Exactly. Retailers can order what ever they want. They have a book with pics and numbers for all the jeans and they can order anything from diesel. So with Thavar 811P it's exactly the same story as with Thavar 888P. 888P wasn't available here in official stores, or any other big stores (Dunno why, but most stores chose Braddom over Thavar). Only 1 or 2 small stores had them.

Best thing is to get friends with some store owners in your city, and before they order all their diesel jeans, tell them what you want. Some will even take special orders, like with Ramirez. I also know a store owner who would do the same thing for me (anyway he told me that, never asked for a special order)

@ dieselolic - these are truly an awesome pair of jeans!

I wish they would become readily available in Europe. If this has nothing to do with what is available in continents per se we should expect European importers and retailers to follow the money and get hold of the Thavar 811P.
