Hey, yea, probably a dumb question,but, when sizing up or down,in my case I normally wear a 29 W (29 x 32) , so if you size down,say for me .a a getting a 28 waist, does the thigh measurement fit one size (1 inch) smaller also ?  I looking at some zathan 70P 28 x 32, heard they run loose, so wondering if a 28 waist would be tighter in thighs. (1 full inch)
