Buyer claiming I sold fake RR Jeans please help.

Hi I sold a pair of RR jeans and the buyer(with out first contacting me or even asking for a refund) left feedback saying they were fake.  I am 99.9% sure they are authentic but thought I would post the listing here and see if maybe I missed something when I bought them from Nordstrom Rack( I have seen fakes at NR before but always the customer returned jeans never special purchase like these.)

She says she took them to Bloomingdales and her sales person told her they were fake. What is your take.  All comments appreciated.

I'm surprised you were able to sell R&Rs these days at all...

 

At any rate, salespeople are 99.99999% of the time completely clueless, and the jeans look good to me. If the buyer were to file a claim with Ebay or Paypal, she would need a third-party letter stating that they were not authentic, which she is not going to be able to get. The only person who is, to my knowledge, authorized by PP to write those letters is Pam, the founder of AF. You can try going there and seeing if she or Steph (all4oldchevys) will vouch for you.

I can't imagine they would be fake if you purchased them at Nordstrom Rack. In any case though I would always recommend taking all returns when the buyer is unhappy. This saves everyone a lot of stress and ensures your ebay rating remains positive and no cases are opened against you. You can always resell them to someone who will be happy with them.
