HELP find Thavar 888p

Hi Diesel fans,

I'm new here and just wondering if anyone can help me find these in size 29 x 30. I know the official site has them but I just hate to pay full price for them since they have been released for quite some time now. Didn't like them before but they grew on me. Thank you in advance. icon_wink.gif

bump...anyone?  any help?  Thanks!

I think you may be out of luck. Sales are over and some stores are carrying over. So either pay full price or wait till yoox bring it out in 6 months.

i would be lucky if they still have my size by then on Yoox.  How about Braddom 888p?  How's the fit compare to Thavar?  All i have are Thanaz, thavar, and shioner.

It's looser in the thighs and waist. You'd have to size way down. And again, you'd be lucky to get it. And you're right, yoox don't carry many 30L. You may have to bite the bullet and pay full retail if you want these jeans.

Thavar 888p runs short, my 34L is in the same lenght as my L32 801a.
Phukette, does braddom 888p has the 3d stacking effect to? Does it runs small as thavar? I tried the braddom 802k and 31 fitted me quite good.

Yeah the braddom runs also smaller. I tried them and it has soo much better fit than thavar.

They are more comfortable in braddom and they are the exact same wash as Thavar with all the trimmings. I've found that all washes stay the same from cut to cut. If it runs small in one cut its gonna run small in the other.

Thanks guys for your inputs.  I know I'm a bit late but I'll get them one way or another.  I've been a die hard fan of Diesel since 1998.  My first ever pair was called Ravi, not sure if any of you guys ever heard of it.  I forgot the wash number.  It was a straight leg cut with a bit of flare on the bottom.  similar to Zatiny or Zathan.  I will start a new Thread when I have time to share all the old school Diesels i've had.

The Braddom fit is a slim carrot fit. Waist down is regular and slim in the leg but not skinny like the Thavar. You still have some give in the ankle. Significant features separating itself from Thavar is the hidden back pockets, logo right underneath the rear pocket which reveals when wear and tear begins, and revealing button fly. I have Thavar 8qu and prefer it over the braddom 8qu any day. I'd stick with the Thavar in this 888p wash. It just fits better.

I also received your PM. Message replied!

i contrast to his opinion. it depends on your build. i think my braddoms fit much better than my thavars!

This is true. If you have larger quads, the carrot fit is more suitable. I still rock my Krooley's even though my legs have shrunk a little bit.

What size are you interested in?

We could re-order them for our website.

Thank you :)

You will have to size up to 30(if your your original size is 29, the denim is very thick, but runs pretty small)

yes very hard denim, but many have received of normal size, and they fit perfectly.

The denim is thick and great construction on the Thavar 888P. One of my favorite pairs due to the wash/construction and I love the long "gash" on the knee. I just got my usual Diesel size (28x32) and they fit perfectly with no issues from the beginning with fit or length. The 8X2 on the other hand were extremely tight for the first week or so in the same size. Had to pay full price for 888P on the Diesel page since I missed the sales. icon_sad.gif

If people like their jeans tight and fitted they should take their original size, it runs small by half size, so it won't real matter to them. If you like it bit roomy so size up. I sized up to 33 and the waist was really loose, and looked really funny. I took it to the tailor, I ended up giving it to my brother since the yellowish pair was too yellow to handle, after that I got another blind pair, and guess what, yellow again!! Had to resell it.
I think I'll look for braddom(for better cut, and I all the pairs I've seen here are blue) probably when amazon will cut it price again(damn! For a week in July it costed 156$, and a 20% coupon lowered it to 125$!!!)
