Jeanetic! It's good to hear from you again! It's been too long mate! I decided on both to be honest. But alas for some reason diesel took them down off their site and when I contacted their customer service they gave me a load of gibberish which didn't answer my question. Stupid really. They have the worst customer service department I've ever come across.
Ronlol, if my opinion counts for anything I would def get the 802K, it's got more details and you get more for the same money. I've seen the shioner 804H and it's fantastic. And you seen my review of the tepphar, you know I think it's awesome.

hello - just got back and I checked out both pairs in detail at the Diesel store...

 

Personally on photo, the 804H looks lot nicer, but in person i think the quality of denim on the 802k is slightly better.  The 802k really does feel like the 8PK w/ extra layer of dark grey on top... the denim feels quite identical. 

 

as for 804H, the denim is slightly thinner, and the black fade feels waxy.  I am not sure if it'll fade tho.  They do come w/ fading by the thighs. 

 

I think the 802k is more classic than 804H.  Although they both look nice, 804H feels like its one of those jeans you'll either love a lot or the fashion will wear out next season as its quite unique..  hope this helps!!

I'd say I'll get both. I usually clear out my closet every season except for one or two special pairs.
