Stretching of 880g denim?

I recently bought, but still haven't worn, a pair of Koolter 880g. The guy at the store said that the 880g doesn't stretch much, but seeing as it's a raw (or almost raw) denim I'm curious whether that's actually the case. Experiences in particular with the Koolter would be great, but any other jeans in that wash would be helpful as well. Thanks.

I'm mostly concerned about the waist getting too big, since they're perfect right now. Are you saying I wouldn't expect more than a half inch stretch there? 

If the legs stretch a bit that's fine; I have pretty thick legs anyways and it won't look overly baggy.

Thanks. I may go back to the store and try a 31. I took a 32, my normal jeans size, but comparing them to the Koolter 8v4 I received yesterday or some J Brand jeans in my closet the waist seems a tiny bit bigger on these already. However I have a feeling a 31 will be too snug in the thigh, in which case I think I'm better off keeping these.

I went back and tried the 31. While 31 may be the right waist for me in those jeans, they were skin tight from the top of the knee to the bottom of the back pocket. I've got sort of thick legs so the painted-on look doesn't work for me. The top block was a bit snug too, but probably would have loosened, but I just didn't think the legs would loosen nearly enough. 32 (what I bought initially and what my Koolter 8v4 is in) is probably a better bet.

By the way, on the pair you referenced, did you get stretching in the top block, the actual waistband, or both?

Thanks. By the way, do you know which shade of the 880G you ended up with? When I look online it looks like only the Koolter came in the two different shades and the Krooley actually looks like a third shade all together, though that may just be the different colored stitching it uses.

Ha, same here (though mine came from a Diesel store). Starting to wonder whether they both actually exist, lol!
