Thavar 8NE size question

Hi everyone!  For the Thavar 8NE, should I go with the same size as my Thavar 8X2, or should I size down one since the 8NE is a stretch wash?  I'm looking for it to fit the same as the 8X2.

 

Also, it seems the Thavar 8NE was discontinued a while back.  Are there any stores that still have them sitting around?  I haven't had much luck finding them.  Thanks!

There are two versions of the 8NE, one with stretch, one without. I own the 8NE without stretch and it fits a bit larger than the 8X2, so I got the 8X2 in 33 and the 8NE in 32.

The initial release of 8NE was a lyocell blend. The subsequent release had elastine in it making it a stretch wash. But washes with a lyocell blend are always a little roomier due to the fact that lyocell limits stretching in jeans. So my advice is to size down 1 to achieve the same fit as your 8X2.

8NE sucks. I love the wash but the fit and stacking are horrible! Idk why i haven't sold mine. lol

Best wash ever, but yes the stacking is not cool. That's why I tapered them to 16cm. Now it stacks really cool.

What's the problem with the stacking?

I'm 5,9 better with 30 or 32 for the inseam?

It simply doesn't stack nice. Looks like crap. I'm 5 10 and wear 30 inseam so go with 30.

8ne has a unique type of fabric unlike any of my other jeans. It almost kinda drapes over the body. It looks great on my Larkees, but I could see it being a problem on skinnies!

do you wear always inseam 30 with thavar and thanaz? What about your waist?
