So I was wondering if the Conroy was more of a blue color or a black color (I've seen multiple pictures online but with different lighting so I was really wondering how it looked). When I looked on YouTube there was an 'unboxing' vid of the Conroy and it really looks black like tml2891 stated before. So I may have to buy the conroy when it get's back in stock (my poor bank account).

Here's the vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P__r7pdaldI

Also, in the store they said that in the computer it said that the Conroy was being 'continued' so perhaps in the early spring there will be new ones on the online store?

Maybe this helps anyone with their decision!

  •

yea the color in that video is pretty much accurate. however, if i had one wish, it wouldn't be to change the color of the jacket to be more like the blue color online... but to fix allsaint's customer service. because my god do they suck. its like having to look after a mentally challenged chimp. constantly having to give them reminders on what they should be doing...

the only thing they were very good at was charging my card as soon as they could...

its been about 2 weeks since I returned my medium conroy and I've yet to receive my refund.

its been about 1 week since I returned my medium ishida to the store in chicago and I just called them regarding the gift card that im supposed to have received but they were pretty much clueless of what was happening.

The major difference between the two is that the Conroy is much thicker, and that does not come through at all on their website. The Kushiro is a much lighter jacket while the Conroy is much more heavy duty. Plus when I went medium the jacket it was as slim as seen on the website (the Kushiro) but it was impossible for me to wear since it was really uncomfortable, when I went large with the Conroy - which fits me nicely proportion wise it does not seem as skinny as on the guy in the web site, still really fitted and great , it's just that on the pictures in the website it looks like the Conroy is almost tighter and smaller then the Kushiro and that is really not the case. Check out the Conroy picture on the model when he is modeling the 'Tallis trousers'  that gives a little bit better look of the Conroy really is.

@tml2891 I heard similar things about their awful customer service, especially when it's about refunds etc. When it's about getting another item or an item that's been out of stock they will help you immediately, to get you to pay... There had to be a catch, cause I like their product/price ratio when it comes to quality leather jackets, sigh. And yeah the Ink-blueish colour looked really nice, weird how it looks in real life.

@Fastbrick Woah, that's quite a colour difference. Really weird how they advertise that jacket with different lighting. That Conroy on the 'Tallis Trousers' looks almost like a different jacket colour and fit-wise, but probably also more accurate.

I've had outstanding customer service from AllSaints.

Now, they have some strange systems and policies, such as in-store purchases can only be returned for exchange or gift card but online purchases can get a full refund. They've always been prompt for refunds.

Everytime I spoke to someone on the phone or in the store, they've been friendly and helpful.

And this is my latest experience -- I ordered a shirt on sale and got an automatic notification that there was a stocking glitch and they did not have one to ship me. This was later followed by a personal email from their staff offering an apology and a discount code for anything else I wanted. Then days later, I got another personal email saying that they located the shirt I attempted to order in the backroom of a Los Angeles store, with their telephone number in case I still wanted it.

I really appreciated that.

lucky you .

-did i also mention that the only way I was able to process my order online was over the phone?

-their paypal function isn't working (contacted paypal and its not on their end)

-i couldn't checkout with my VISA (internal error on their site)... YET i was able to use that same VISA over the phone...

-i mentioned earlier I had to return an item to their one of their stores in exchange for a gift card... they received my item about a week ago and after I called yesterday to check up on the gift card, i found out they had not even realized my item had been received. So had i not called, i probably would never have received that gift card which contained $500~

-its also been 2.5 weeks since they received my online return and I've yet to receive my refund

sorry if this just sounds like me venting... lol but its the truth.

finally, for anyone looking for help from their customer service... dont bother emailing them. they NEVER respond to emails. try their facebook page or call them

Hello people! I have a vary obvious and easy question. As I am very new to ALLSAINTS, and i am just starting to like them more and more I would like to know how do the clothes fit? True to size or a bit lose? Like Diesel?

For example I would need mostly size S in a Diesel t-shirt/shirt if it is 100% cotton. If it is meant to be a bit more slim(with elastane) then I probably need size M.

So I was checking their Size Chart on their website and from what I see from the measurements I think I need size M, but I'm not so sure. Because the model on the website is waring size S, and I don't think that I am taller or with a wider chest than him. I have a 96cm chest. So I think I need an M.

What do you guys think? And how about the jeans and jackets?

@straychev I'm also a 96 cm chest and with most t-shirts i go for a large. buttend down shirts i go for an M. The guy on the website is tall and skinny, he has 91.5 cm chest so keep that in mind.On  the other hand i never go small in diesel, mostly M i think. Hope it helps...

@straychev i have an almost 99cm chest and i had bought the kushiro leather jacket in medium and a plain white scoop tshirt in medium and both turned out to be too big for me. i recently got the shift leather jacket from ebay in small and it fits perfectly. in my experience their tshirts and leathers tend to run larger than they used to. i have a couple of denim shirts and jackets in medium and they are snug.

does anyone know when the next all saints sale will be? i know the previous one just ended not too long ago.

do they only have a few BIG ones? or do they often have promotions? (% off, etc)

Next sale will be summer. They very rarely do promotions either. It's my one gripe about allsaints.

Hey guys so I have a quick question about sizing... ive tried a medium and small in both the griffin and conroy

they fit about the same but...

-the only tight area for the SMALL is around my waist when I zip it up (only a semi-thick sweater underneath)

Should I size up to a medium? Will the small eventually stretch a little bit? (I could stand to lose a bit of weight around my waist)

-I'm 5'9, 160lb, 40~inch chest

also, what do you guys usually wear under leather? just a t-shirt or something lightweight? do you ever layer underneath? IE: shirt/cardigan or something

I've found that most AllSaints leathers will fit tight across my stomach or chest.

I always look first at the shoulders and how well it looks across the upper back. Then I make sure that it isn't ridiculously tight when I zip it up.

I'm 6'1 with a 40" chest. Half of my AllSaints leathers are medium and half are small.

As for layering, most of these jackets are designed to look very trim, especially in the arms, so usually a t-shirt is best, or a light knit. Anything more and you will need to purposefully size up.

thanks. i think im just going to stick with the small. seeing as you are 6'1 to my 5'9 and you can fit into a small, then I shouldn't be too worried.

-does anyone know of some easy ways to get rid of folds/wrinkles in leather?

The edge of the right lapel on my jacket is slightly folder inwards... so theres a noticeable fold mark on the inside and outside of the lapel.

-also, the griffin has loops/buckles around the waist as if it were suited to have a belt/waistband. does anyone know if allsaints sells it separately or do i have to find my own?

Aaron Paul wearing the Conroy jacket at a premiere for his new movie:

http://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-2551989/Breaking-Bads-Aaron-Paul-reveals-wild-crazy-guy-high-school-promotes-new-film.html

The color looks really cool in those pictures, the blue is less visible but still cool, I think the 'real' color is in between those pictures and this vid http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=P__r7pdaldI

Okay, I'm convinced I'm gonna buy an Ink Conroy... Bye full bank account! And I'm going for a medium. I'm 6'2 and 170 lbs

Right I have done what I said a while ago I wouldn't (as James blunt owns one) and bought the Conroy leather in ink. I have been trying to find the final leather for my collection and have bought/returned nearly all of their leathers before settling on this one (including the new Manson). My final line up (in order of me buying them) the diverse pea coat, the avern biker, the tricky bomber, the griff biker (from the biker project) and not the Conroy biker. I refuse to look at any more!!
And the Conroy biker (not sure where the "not" came from)

i swear... after i get my griffin biker, im never ever gonna shop at all saints again.

their system is soooooooooooo shit.

i recently bought a griffin online and it arrived with a huge fold in one of the lapels so i ended up sending it back for an exchange (their warehouse in chicago)

Turns out, the griffin in small is now out of stock online... so rather than them finding a same size griffin in their chicago store (which has 4 in stock) and sending it to me for an exchange,

they processed me a refund and tell me that I have to place the order from my store myself.

now i have to wait another full week to get my refund...(assuming thats what they are actually doing) and place the order from the store myself and PRAY i dont get another messed up jacket

AND this means I have to pay more $$ because of their "seasonal" price increases...

GOD these people are such a hassle... i dont understand how a company could have such terrible service

I have to say that really isn't my experience at all. The uk customer service is fantastic. The Conroy I ordered had a faulty zip. As it was out of stock they found me one in a store, contacted them, got it sent to a store nearer me, held it for me till I could collect it and were brilliant when I did. Whenever I have had to return anything they have processed my refund within a couple of days

are you located in the US as well? I wish they did that for me... but I wasn't even given a choice. I woke up this morning and found that "out of stock" email and that was that. They claim to have already begun the process of refunding me. The last time I had to wait close to 1 1/2 week for my refund to go through...

Not to mention their paypal system still isn't working and I still can't process orders online for some reason... an internal code: (502) keeps popping up so I have to keep placing orders over the phone

Guys, I need your help. The wonderful ways of the web have led me here, not the only forum I’ve probed and I expected the same dead end results but with all you all saints appreciators out there I may find what I’m looking for!

A while ago I took, without asking, my brothers All Saints propaganda leather jacket, size Large for a night out. Lets face it it’s a stunning piece of kit.

Long story short it got lost, presumably stolen, and I didn’t have the money at the time to replace it and I think my brother has always held a grudge toward me over it.

Anyway, he’s getting married this summer and I’ve taken it upon myself to find a replacement for him and surprise him with it.

Only trouble is they are no longer for sale on all saints.com…

Do any of you fine gents know of any anywhere that could aid my redemption?!

Peace and love guys, any help much appreciated!!!

Ebay is your best bet mate, really can't think of any other places that will still sell it. Just keep an eye out for it, what size are you after? There's one on ebay atm in size small.

I saw that one, need a Large, messaged the seller seeing if he has any more/knows of any.

eBay i think is, like you say, gonna be my best bet.

Sod's law when I'm skint they're ten a penny then they all go into hiding when the dollar roles in!

Thanks anyway dude :)

Mine was a large and the zip wasn't faulty so much as on the wrong side. That said I have changed it and have now got the medium (self congratulations on the diet)
